Clean, convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The location was superb, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Homely apartment, nice layout and small private garden. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful.

Only one toilet roll provided for five people staying two nights. Unable to receive WIFI from apartment.

Good location for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with great pool area.

Room ok, with good air conditioning and kitchenette. We were 3 guests in a room for 4, with separate bedroom. I'm happy we did not have a smaller room. Great pool area, where you could always find available sun beds. Nice with the pool bar where you could have refreshments, breakfast and lunch with a nice view over the bay. Convenient with bus stops close to the property, when you wanted to go sightseeing in e.g. Nice or Monaco. We also did nice long walks both to nearby villages, beaches and for shopping.

The bathroom was functioning, but in quite poor condition. Bad service with no toilet available outside the apartments. This meant you could not use a bathroom after checking out on the day of departure.

Excellent location, great staff, apartment was scruffy though.

Staff were lovely, including the receptionist who was very helpful and the staff at the cafe by the pool. The location was phenomenal, very handy for the bus and not too far from Beaulieu train station which you can also get the bus to. Nearer to Beaulieu than Villefranche, but both lovely little towns. Not far from Nice and walking distance to the beach. The food and drink at the cafe by the pool was excellent value for money.

The apartment was a bit scruffy and needed refurbishing, the fan on the bathroom wall was totally broken, the sofa beds were not confortable as sofas at all. The TV reception was not good but we didn't bother to report it as we were sitting outside most of the time anyway.

Extremely expensive given the quality of apartment

Location was wonderful

Finding the apartment within the complex was an absolute nightmare. We arrived late (which they were aware of) and it took over an hour to find the apartment. There was no map, the signage was incorrect and there were zero lights on any of the uneven paths we had to use to eventually get to the apartment. Apartment was mostly clean but a number of areas - including taps and shower in the bathroom - were being held together by gaffa tape. Needed proper renovations, was pretty neglected in general. I would not stay again in this room.

We were quite happy until being told we were not able to sit by the pool, which made us quite irate.

Great location, room view, room comfort and carpark.

Property looking quite dated and tired. Felt betrayed by staff instruction that renters could not sit by the pool - this was rude and would only ever upset people - the area was not full, and it had been advertised/rented without any such restrictions. Our bedroom also had a faulty light that squealed all night and despite us reporting this it didn't get repaired during our 4 night stay.

Hotel is in a great location, if with car there is a car park, if without a car, public transport is great. Local bus, 1euro, takes you in 20-25 minutes to Monte Carlo, or the other way to Nice. Villefranche old town is less than 15 mins walk, beach is few minutes away. And the views are great, Mediteranean at its best...

We were there in April, swimming pool is closed till May.

Everything was fine, but after checking out I realized that I forgot my coat at the room. And surprisingly staff did not find my coat at the room!!

Staff stole my coat. Moreover I sent a review to the hotel, but nobody even replied to me

We had no hot water the whole time we were there and had no way of communicating this to reception as it was closed. sent multiple messages and tried to call but no reply. it was also winter and we had small children so we couldn’t give them a cold shower. room was really, really small and not really suitable for 5 people as advertised.

we had wonderful and relaxing stay with a refreshing pool overlooking the cap ferrat and Villefranche-sur-Mer.

we loved having access to the pool, many beautiful beaches close by, and the balcony was a big plus. we also appreciated the staff by the pool and reception who were very friendly and informative (they lent us a plastic container for food).

there was no Wi-Fi access. one of the sheets also had a mascara stain.

Perfect location and served the purpose of calmness and tranquility that I was looking for

Nice residence but not designed for 5 people (which is what it is advertised as) because it is small. Best suited to 1 or 2 persons only. View lovely , great balcony and clean. Everything I needed for a week's stay. Thank you.
