The pool and views from the property were amazing.
We had ants in our room, it was not horrible but they were just kinda icky.

The hotel is located on the best strip of Cap Ferrat, the grounds are super clean and well maintained. We like the breakfast selections, it worth to pay extra for accommodation with breakfast.
The biggest disappointment was WIFI connection, no internet in the room, lobby and dining area. I was lucky if got it after 10:00pm. The staff were not helpful when we complained about it. Also, the fridge was missing in the room, they offered the cooler for extra 40 euros.
