An enjoyable stay
Reasonably priced buffet meals and drinks. Breakfast was good. A reasonable sized swimming pool. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The hotel location was good.
Distance from rooms to central complex. Use of UHT milk rather than fresh milk. Weeds in the internal garden within the hotel, notably bindweed. Charges for meals, drinks with meals, parking, taxes etc had to be paid in advance or as they occurred rather than charging to the room and being able to settle a single account at the end of the stay.

The location was superb! Staff extremely nice!
The WiFi was not available in my room. And only somewhat good in other areas. Check out time (10:00AM) is too early ! Should be AT LEAST 11:00 am, 12:00 noon is best!! Couldn’t get CNN on TV ( or any English Language program)..

Wonderful location/ weak internet.
The LOCATION and VIEW could not be better. The grounds of this hotel are very spacious and private. Rooms are not in the main building where the reception is. What's not clear from pictures is that they are in separate apartment blocks some 100-300 m from the reception and breakfast area. Bus stop nearby taking you directly to Nice/Monaco. Breakfast was OK with a beautiful view. Pets allowed. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. In general very good deal for the area.
Internet was really poor. Forget about having a steady and fast connection. The rooms are a bit tired and for the price paid I expected the furniture to be at least not visibly damaged. Because this place is surrounded by pine trees, there were ants in the room. I do not think the hotel was doing anything about that.

Extremely disappointing
The area is beautiful
The room didn’t even have the basics . No phone in the room to connect to reception .Not proper pillows. No product apart from washing soap . Check out time is 10am! Beware and check in time is 5pm so it really isn’t value for money at all. Rooms smell damp .

Location was excellent, the grounds and pool/waterfront walkway were beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Appreciated being able to get a family sized room. The included breakfast was excellent and a great way to take in the view every morning.
We loved our stay and nothing was in the category of what I would “dislike”, but two thoughts. One small request would be to have a better option for dedicated small in-room refrigerators. Warm-weather destinations like Hawaii or Mexico or the Caribbean have them as a standard since staying cool and hydrated in hot weather is essential. Depending on available capital, I would consider investing in a basic upgrade in the appearance of the buildings where the rooms are. Even fresh paint and modern color schemes would help, our room had a wall in the bathroom that just had a plywood board covering pipes. It’s such a lovely location, it would be amazing with basic upgrade in aesthetics.
