Hotel as usual up to expectation and staff very friendly polite attentive and professional.
The choice in the main gastronomy restaurant we went three evenings and things like canapes and pre starters and pre desserts were all duplicated which we would have not expected in a restaurant of this calibre. On our third meal we were duplicating what we had already had. When we came over 20 years ago now we had a different choice every night as there was a daily menu too. We would have eaten at this restaurant all seven nights if the choice had been available which was a shame and sad to see the restaurant not full to capacity some evenings. Perhaps change of menus would assist guests more. The Bistro is okay but did not want to see there on a summers evening so that did not work for us.
