It’s a good hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is good - loads of options and freshly made eggs. Close to the train station and the beach.
It’s an old hotel that hasn’t been refurbished for a while. Especially bathrooms look old. It’s clean but the building is old with outdated design.

Location (walking distance to the main street, train station, sea promenade). Wonderful staff. Great views. Comfortable large rooms. Ample parking.

the location was nice and pleasant. The selection was basic. You really need to look at what you provide for the breakfast. The offering was basic. As 4 star place you need to improve the continental breakfast. Also, the bread knife was very blunt! The bread was NOT fresh! The coffee machines were not good. The capuccino was too sweet - undrinkable!
The reception desk at time of check in reminded me of Faulty Towers TV show. For example. We parked our car out the front. Another couple were waiting for a taxi. The receptionist was trying to tell the couple that they can take our car as the taxi! The reception did not know where we could find a nice restaurant on our first night - this is not a good start to our special visit to Beaulieu ser Mer.
Fix everything I have mentioned above.
