It was perfect for what I needed a place to lay my head. I was leaving the next day from the Airport, $40 Lyft ride wasn’t to bad

For the price it was ok and it was in a nice area. Found that the staff was not personable like other places we have stayed at. No coffee or tea like advertised. Checkout time did not match what was on the website (10 am) or what they had posted (11 am). The floor in the rooms were not mopped or cleaned.

Stay far away from this place. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, please do.

I inquired about early check-in. I got absolutely zero information on the phone. Showed up to inquire again about early check-in, the lady was a nightmare. Once again, absolutely zero information. Might as well talk to the wall. The room was fine, the staff was awful.

Convenient to get to the stadium. Nice quiet area. Food in walking distance. Room clean. Good air and hot shower.

Front desk employee wasn't very helpful at all. Didnt give any info about the hotel or anything. Barely communicated at all. Handed me my room key and sent me on my way to figure out how to find my room on my own. The building itself is just old and needs updating. The room looked clean but felt like a dive bar. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillows because these were not comfortable. The 1 good thing about this hotel is that the water pressure in the shower was great

Property is old and out of date. Not dirty just OLD ! Brochures says continental breakfast daily… there WASN’T even coffee let alone any kind of snacks. Will not return….. ever !!!

Terrible in every way

The shower was great because im short. If you are taller than 5"4", im sorry. Refriderator was clean and worked good. The beds were so dirty. I sleep on top of the top cober on clothes and covered myself with sweatshirts. They had stains like oil or something. We didn't complain, but it was gross. I gave my daughter the clean bed but there was dirt on the floor and in my bed. It wasn't a place I would return. The area was ok, but oir other guests said there was a lady outside screaming. There were ppl ustairs stomping and yelling. It was an experience. Ppl is hard to control, so i dont blame the hotel.

It was an efficient clean room. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Perfect for what we needed

Clean for the most part. U had to wait or ring bell just to get someone to front desk. No coffee in office or room. No maid service unless u request it.

Very outdated, steps, no elevator

Worst hotel visit ive ever had. Stayed for 4 days, refused to give me extra soap and shampoo. Staff were bizarrely rude. Room was dirty and gross. No coffee or breakfast. Horrible experience all around.

Not the best for the money but its okay for a place to sleep and shower. For $80 at least have coffee.

Bed springs were noticeable and the bed was not comfortable. No coffee or breakfast. When we got into our room, the toilet paper roll was almost empty. The towels were very harsh and thin. Only one tiny shampoo in room. The heater was super loud. I think sketchy people live there in the rooms.

Outdated. Floor and tub dirty. Wiped the floor up from shower water with towel, and the whole towel was dirty. Need to mop floor after each stay. Disgusting. Do better.

I had problems with the key and had to have it replaced. It had few amenities. It had a pop machine and ice machine. No coffee machine in room. I couldn’t heat up water in microwave as the two flimsy plastic glasses would melt. The room had been updated and had plenty of places to plug in tech. TV worked fine. Bed was comfortable although sheets and coverings were basic as were towels. It was an inexpensive motel and it was very close to my venue. It was fine for a one night stay.

The one and only employee I saw was rude and cold. Someone came in the room while I wasn't there even though I had the do not disturb sign on. I know this because things had been moved from where I put them and the air conditioner had been turned off. There were stains on the bedding, the lampshades was stained as well. There are a handful of other hotels just across the freeway, choose one of those.

There was a half bottle of shampoo in the bathroom There was something spilled in the floor that was not cleaned up. There was no coffee, actually there was nothing for morning as advertised. Overall, I would never stay there again. I travel often and this is actually the first time I felt live giving a negative review.

Hotels.com gave me the best rate. This is a no fuss stay, with simple toiletries (bar of soap and a small container of shampoo), easy access to the highway, and close to downtown Worthington. The toilet was loud and whiny when flushed. The pamphlet in the room stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Coffee wasn’t even available, but there’s a Starbucks and local coffee shoppes nearby.

Front desk could be a little more personable but overall a good stay for the price.

The only good thing I can say is the room was clean. The woman at the front desk acted as though my being there was an inconvenience. She lied about not having wi-fi. I am 82 years old with arthritis and foot issues and don't do steps well. I was assigned to the second floor. I asked her if it were possible to get a downstairs room,but she said no. I know there were vacancies because there were never more than 6 cars parked on the parking lot. There was only a cracked plastic container for ice with no insulation. The only ice was available outside the office on the first floor. I never took my bags to my room. I just carried what I needed for the night and limited my trip up and down steps to 5 times. I did not bother to get ice. The next morning, I came down to get coffee. There was coffee or continental breakfast advertised on the website with the service hours. She told me they had stopped serving breakfast a long time ago and the coffee pot was broken. I told her you need to remove all this information from your website because it is false advertising. She said she could not do anything about it, she had reported it. I would never stay at this motel again.

Room met my needs for basic amenities and comfort. Quite spartan appearance but adequate for a single person.

Room was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and quick to help.

The lady at the front desk was rude we never received the Wi-Fi code even though it said Wi-Fi was free.

The room was clean but we woke up in the middle of the night with bites. Found 3 bed bugs and that pretty much messed up the rest of the night. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean as well as the bathroom but the bed bugs ruin it

I like the wood floor. Better to have a comforter. It is a little cold during the night if the heater is off.
