The hotel was okay for a night during long travel. Hotel staff was friendly. At the same time the facilities were very basic for this high price and airco and electricity was broken. It was definitely not worth the price!

We stayed here as it it easy to get to from the motorway and it was a good price. There was a group of very loud people, adults and kids, banging on room doors and running up and down the corridor until late. I asked them to be quiet, but thought reception should have also said something, as it was the rooms right near reception. Despite this, the room was great for the price, comfy clean bed, very convenient for a Eurotunnel return journey. We have stayed here before and will do so again, just unlucky this time with the neighbours!

This was a one night stop over as we travelled from north Spain, to the UK. The service was great and can’t be faulted. The room however was VERY basic. We arrived at 8.30pm and just needed to sleep (family of 5). At best the room can be described as a very poor level student accommodation. My partner described the shower as “disgusting” and told them “not to touch anything!” We didn’t realise it was this bad as we went straight out to find food, which was nigh on impossible at this time of the evening. The room was extremely hot and there was only one fan to keep 5 people cool….which it didn’t. There was no air conditioning. As I had a 9 hour drive the next day the only way to sleep in such a high temperature, was to open the window. This helped, but resulted in multiple mosquito bites! Breakfast was basic for the price but fine. The main problem is that the showers weren’t clean…and clearly need replacing. Investment is needed to bring this up to a basic level.

Location was ok, registration ok, car parking was abysmal a group booking had pre-booked the main car park including the disabled spaces they expected my disabled wife and myself to walk right around the building from the rear car park.it was a shambles and I had to take the manager to task to have it rectified. The room was adequate but no more as was the breakfast. However everything appeared grubby and this is the first and last time I will stay in a Kyriad.

The room was shabby. At least 3 light bulbs out. Shower had overhead sprinkler pointing at ceiling. No plug in sink. When the tap was turned on, there was an awful foul drain smell. Ground floor room with no way of partially opening window without insecurity. Do not even think about staying here. I wonder what Enzo would have made of this atrocious run down place!

Good location next to A71. Buffalo Grill close bye. Bed was large and comfortable. The room size was like a Travelodge in UK. Somebody before us had used the fridge for cheese. That was the only minor complaint. Good for an overnight stop on route.

first time here, better than premierre class, worse than campenille. kettle provided bonus but 2 earl grey t bags and only plastic bathroom type glasses so good job we had our own mugs. no milk provided. bathroom good but only shampoo no shower gel. beds ok and extra pillows provided. walls thin could hear every word in next room. didnt stay for breakfast. probably wont stay again

Great hotel for arriving late at and leaving early. Nothing much in the area around the hotel and only one decent restaurant within walking distance. Ask for a room at the back if possible. Had to leave the window open because of heat and got the noise of traffic and guests arriving late.

Disappointing from the moment we arrived - no ice, no food (was not delivered), no air conditioning, no lift, ran out of bread for breakfast by 08.30. Charmless, unhelpful service, narrow beds. Told the hotel I had limited mobility when booking three months before - not recorded, put on second floor up three flights. Narrow low very uncomfortable bed, tiny bathroom but ok

arrived here after gruelling 8 hours on the road. seemed nice at first and looked forward to a good meal there. disappointed to find that only a "snack" menu was available. Decided to make do and have pudding also. Ordered food and drinks at 8.10. After 20 mins no drinks had appeared so had to ask for them. Finally the food arrived at 8.50pm. Quiche and salad (a lump of lettuce). At 9.15 we tried to order pudding and were told very rudely it was too late as it was after 9pm! We didn't know enough French to argue so just ordered a coffee (again the girl seemed cross that we were inconveniencing her so). Half an hour later we were infuriated to see the French couple on the next table ordering and receiving desserts! The room we were in was very cramped for 3 and there was no fan or air con so we HAD to open the window as it was extremely hot. The motorway passing immediatly outside kept us awake all night - not good when we had another 5 hours in the car the next day.
