Room was horrible. Bed skirts had sticky stains, food stuck in carpet, boogers on the wall in the bathroom, etc. Advertised that there was breakfast, but that was a lie.

Bed was hard as a brick…none of the ice machines worked…and the whole hotel needs a REVAMP!!! I will never stay at that specific hotel ever never again!!!! Overall, terrible!!!!

Room was decently clean, however the towel rack was broken and the knob to turn on the shower was broken off. We could only take a bath. There was no type of breakfast, even though there is continental breakfast listed in their list of amenities, not even a breakfast you could pay for. The in-house restaurant and bar were never open the entire weekend. The main reason I chose this hotel for my birthday weekend was the hot tub and pool. The pool was filthy and was actually warmer than the “hot” tub which was ice cold. You could actually see thick dirt around the edges of the pool floor and there was a film on the water surface that included hair. When I mentioned these issues to the staff they insisted the hot tub had been fixed…even though it was ice cold…and acted completely non-chalant and didn’t even offer any apology. When I went to the front desk to ask for a couple extra towels, I was told they didn’t have any. This hotel, this whole weekend, was a complete joke and colossal waste of money. Not a very happy birthday after all; the Radisson ruined my weekend.

We checked in around 9 pm but went to dinner before we went to the room. Got back around 10:30. The door was propped open by the inside lock, and we just thought maybe housekeeping had forgotten to finish closing up. The couch bed I thought my daughter would sleep on was broken, like mattress completely falling down on the bottom half of the bed. So she had to sleep in the bed with my husband and I. None of the lights on the far end of the room worked. The room was cold, and stayed cold all night, even though I cranked the heat up to 90 degrees. When we arrived, the toilet lid was closed and the plunger was in a weird spot in the bathroom. We went straight to bed, and didn’t think anything of it. I had to pee at 2:30 am, and turns out, the toilet had been clogged, still clogged, not cleaned, someone else’s toilet paper is still in the bowl. But it didn’t make sense to wake up my husband and two kids in the middle of the night to call the desk about it. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she said, “sorry, I could have changed your room if you had said something earlier.” I guess I should have done a better inspection of the room before getting settled, it just felt like one thing at a time where we just felt like “ok, I can still work around this, this can still be understandable,” until it was too late to say anything when I realized the toilet was clogged when I got up to pee in the middle of the night.

Sub par for a Radisson. Non-existent front desk that may or may not be available. When they are there is a language barrier. No amenities. Dated decor…trash in hallway all 3 days so housekeeping only touched rooms. It was safe and clean enough for a guy but my wife would have said No Way

I've stayed at this location numerous times. This time i felt the Motel experience and was a little disheartened. The sheets were old they had a yellow tint and the mattress was less than comfortable. Over all this place was a hidden gem and now it at best may need to be just hidden. I didn't stay I left and went to another Hotel. I didn't even bother to complain to the front desk for several reasons one they weren't going to give me my money back and for two when i got there they were not really helpful to an out of town couple haggling them out a deposit when it clearly not explained to the front desk. So if you have can request a preview of the room upon arrival. Oh and the outside picture you see that furniture looks like its been there for years replace it not a good look to be this dishonest!

Not a bad property, but less than what I expected for a Radisson. Low price to attract guests, but this property is desperately trying to watch expenses. The bathroom had an extreme amount of molding caulking around the tub. Toilet seat was broken. HVAC unit was in need of cleaning and repair... made a lot of noise and didn't work well. King size bed was a Sleep Number, but the controls didn't work. Also had a 3"+ drop in the middle of the mattress. Pillows were so beat that you had to ball them up and layer them. It was fine for 1 night, but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. This was the worst lodging stay I have EVER experienced. The carpet in the lobby was extremely dirty, upon entering the room the toilet had feces in it. The down side of the comforter was also covered in feces. I returned to the desk to report this. I was given a new room and no apology. That room had electrical issues, smoke detector hanging from the wall, electrical outlet hanging out. Overall an extremely bad hotel.

I was so disappointed with everything about the hotel. The bed was so slanted on the left side that I could hardly get into bed and my body wanted to roll off all night. The carpets were badly worn, the bathroom was smelly and in much need of repair. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and it made it hard to take a shower. The room had a bad odor, there was a dog barking down the hall, a child screaming at a parent around 11 pm, a woman yelling loudly right around the same time. THe sheets were clean, I'll give it that. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I felt the the owners bought it and decided to make as much money as possible off of it without making any upgrades or repairs. I will never stay here again.

The room AC unit had been turned off. The property has a pool so the carpet gets wet meaning that the room has a musty odor. The caulking was discolored in the bathroom. The popcorn ceiling was in poor condition in the room. The carpet in the room had two bad stains next to the bed. Overall the carpet in the room needed sream cleaning, if not replacing. The tile flooring was very hazardous due to to constant water on it from the pool traffic. I would guarantee that someone will have an accident in the near future from slipping on the horribly managed wet floor. To add insult to injury the hotel demanded a $150 room deposit which was not declared by Expedia! I will never stay at a Radisson hotel again and will not use Expedia to book through in the future.

I had been looking forward to my first trip to Ohio — a nine-hour drive to attend my best friend’s baby shower. I was excited and carefully chose this hotel because it was in my price range, had good reviews on a third-party site, and the photos looked great. When we arrived, the maintenance staff and manager upgraded us to what they described as a nicer, quieter business floor room. At first, we were thrilled. However, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The room was dirty: there were cigarette butts on the carpet, the bathroom had urine and hair left behind, and the sheets smelled unclean. We tried to overlook it at first, but things only got worse. The pool was freezing cold, the hot tub smelled foul and looked unsanitary, and the gym was outdated, filthy, and nothing like the photos online. When I asked the front desk for help, the staff was dismissive and told me there was “nothing they could do” until a manager came in the next day. As a manager myself, I know it’s unacceptable to refuse to contact management when a guest is experiencing serious issues. To make matters worse, we were told to change our own sheets — something no guest should ever have to do. We were moved to another room, but it was even worse, with visible mold — a serious health concern, especially since my best friend is pregnant. Despite being told repeatedly that a manager would arrive at 5 a.m., then 6 a.m., then 11 a.m., no manager ever appeared. GOOGLE REVIEW

OMG…. This stay was a pure nightmare! Our room was listed for 181.00, for our entire weekend stay. 181.00 was charged before I arrived to the location. When we arrived we were ambushed with a sign that demanded an additional 150.00 security deposit. I booked for a double bed, a refrigerator and a microwave. When we checked in, we immediately saw that we did not have any of those things in our room. The receptionists said “Only some of the double bed rooms come with refrigerators and microwaves, but not all of them”. I placed my suitcase against the sofa and decided to lay across the bed in complete exhaustion. The bed felt like we were laying on the bare ground with a blanket on it. Not to mention the cigarette burns in the blankets when we decided to pull them back. The bathtub had a ring around the tub, the electrical in the room did not work, the room smelled like old mildew. Our room was located right in front of the swimming pool, so all we heard was yelling, splashing and even got a front row seat to a couple having intercourse in the hot tub. Of course the pool was disgustingly dirty (pictures provided). Remotes had no batteries, windows had no screens! A guy died in his room and the employees put his bags at the front door of the hotel! Yes he was still deceased in the hotel room (that the employees were unaware that he was in).

Came in from out of town, checked in was ok, only one elevator was working got in my room tv only had five working channels like they didn’t pay the cable bill, tub had a slow drain. Went down to the bar and ordered a couple of drinks, asked for a shot of grey goose and it was water. Horrible. They filled the empty bottles with water. I can go on and on. Would never recommend this hotel ever.
