A generally adequate holiday apartment within a very well maintained and attractive housing community close to the port, restaurants and supermarkets. Clean and tidy on arrival with good linens and a fair set of kitchen equipment and utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer below. Good Wi-Fi and adequate television and other audio equipment. Comfortable sofa.
Unfortunately also quite a number of issues which would stop us returning here. The large balcony facing south is very noisy from traffic below during the day, although at night with windows shut there is no noise. From time to time there were problems with smells from the drains in both bathrooms. The shower cabinet has no safety non-slip mat and no shelf or grab rail, and the doors leak and need attention. Extremely hot water from the kitchen tap below the boiler – some warning of this should be provided. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs. No welcome brochure or information was provided about the apartment or the surrounding area. On arrival the representative helped with setting up the Wi-Fi, demonstrated how the heating could be used, advised on using the pool and access to parking, but not much more. A non working kettle was reported and not replaced. When we came to leave no one came as arranged to pick up the keys.

La cocina bien equipada, la terraza grande, las piscinas de la urbanización estupendas y siempre hay tumbonas.
Es bastante lejos de la playa para ir con niños, había hormigas todos los días en todas las habitaciones y la limpieza escasa. La campana extractora no pudimos usarla porque chorreaba grasa, las sábanas no eran sábanas, eran fundas de nórdico, los colchones, canapès y almohadas con manchones marrones muy sucios. Cojines sin funda que tuvimos que lavar y colchas sucias. Los baños huelen a cañerías.
La persona que entregó y recogió las llaves fue completamente desagradable y mal educado.
