A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting.

Fantastic appartment- very comfortable and very well equipped with an absolutely fabulous sun terrace. The views from the appartment were stunning at every point of the day and evening. On a clear day you could see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Africa from the terrace and could see dolphins playing in the bay as well as watch amazing sunsets over the mountains. It was just over a 5 minute walk to the closest beach and although uphill on the way back (that’s what you pay for the stunning views) it was again a very do-able walk which took us (2 people in our mid 60s) just 10-11 minutes. For those with cars there was a free ‘rough ground’ car park close to the beach too- a few minutes drive from the appartment. The swimming pool on the urbanisation was absolutely lovely too - very clean and very quiet generally in the daytime. It became busier later in the afternoons but was never overly busy. The far end of the old town was an easy 30 minute stroll maximum along the beachfront promenade and there were lots of restaurants close by and in the town. A variety of supermarkets were available close by and with a 5 minute drive away.

Great roof terrace and swimming pool.

Amazing terrace with views of sea and mountains and sunsets. Barbecue and sunbeds, big table etc. Great for breakfast and evenings. Good size apartment overall. Master bedroom very roomy. Host was very helpful. Swimming pool and garden extremely well cared for and great place to relax, a real bonus. There was a big TV which we didn't need but seemed to have a lot of channels. Walk to the port is about 10 mins down hill and more coming back!

Although it is large overall, the layout of the apartment is a bit odd as the large master bedroom has a hatch through to the kitchen. The small bedroom is very small with no storage , so not ideal for an adult. We had to buy loo rolls and bin bags for a week stay.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic views, quiet neighbours, close to all amenities and great location.

This apartment is on the top floor so no noise from any apartment above it plus the view from the huge terrace were simply amazing. At night the view was just as spectacular with panoramic views of both sea and sky, truly beautiful aspect from this high level view.

I cannot think of any improvement. Apartment is very well equipped with all the basic utensils and crockery that people could require. Also, it has a lovely kettle type barbecue which made viewing the night sky even more enjoyable while dining with a glass of wine on the panoramic terrace.

Very good

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Including a washer, which was very handy. The view from the balcony is outstanding. As beautiful at night as it is in the day. The pool area was well kept and very clean. Puerto Estepona is a lovely area with something for everyone. Plenty of shops nearby. Ample parking if you hire a car. Which I recommend you do as the area is quite hilly.

Nothing to do with the actual apartment itself but we got bitten really badly by bugs of some type or another. Luckily Aldi did a great range of deterrents. I recommend the lavender oil. They hate it! Again, just a note that its quite hilly. If you like a good walk, up hill, then you're fine. But we found it quite difficult.

Somehow we survived the difficult weather conditions

Great view from the terrace and location close to the center and the beach.

The most important note for the next guests - THIS IS NOT AN INDEPENDENT APARTMENT. The apartment is connected by a terrace with the second apartment where the owner lives, which created a sense of being watched and the possibility of being visited by the owner without the possibility of blocking the connecting door between the two apartments. If I had been informed about it, I would not have used this apartment. In addition, it is a flat on the top floor and in the event of rainfall, water stains appeared on the floor in two places. I understand that heavy rainfall is rare in this place, but we did.

A lovely stay in a large apartment with an amazing terrace and views

The large terrace was amazing with fantastic views. The apartment was very well equipped to suit all your needs and was in a quiet residential area. Only 10 minutes from the marina and bars and restaurants and beach.

No local shop and without a car it was not easy carrying bottled water 10 minutes up hill from the supermarket which was located near the marina. Got badly bitten by mosquitoes on the first night as there were a few in the apartment.

View from the balcony.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom & the whole apartment has a permanent smell of sewage. There is only enough hot water for one shower each time. The air-conditioning units in the rooms are old & very noisy. The owner was rude. As it was very cold I rang to ask if the heating was included in the price & in an angry voice he said 'Are you kidding me?' I said 'no, I'm asking'. He said 'Yes, of course it is.' Another time I rang to ask how to work the TV. It was 10 o'clock in the evening & he told me never to call so late as he had a private life too. We left 2 days before we were due to leave.

Spectacular location overlooking the sea and mountains.

Spacious apartment, the only one on this floor in its block, so not aware of neighbours. Large terrace with amazing views to Gibraltar and Morocco. Very well equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils. Wide choice of television channels. Free parking in the complex.

No soap or shower gel, only shampoo. No plugs for sinks, so washing up had to go in the machine, but no tablets provided. Some confusion over time we were meeting to pick up keys.

Uncomfortable beds, excellent views, will not return.

The location was lovely. The extra large terrace with adjustable shade coverings and view were phenomenal. The pool and community were well kept and the kitchen was very well furnished.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable - we could not stay as our backs were hurting after one night in them. All were single beds, all mattresses seemed to be a sort of memory foam that sunk and provided no support. The mosquitos were the worst we have ever encountered. We were not told they were bad and therefore had windows open. Even after closing up and keeping the fan on, both my partner and I ended up with 10+ mosquito bites each in one night. We have stayed in Estepona previously and this was unexpected. The shower design and drain is such that the water flows out onto the floor if you do not keep the pressure down very low and place the rug at the opening of the shower. It was not designed with enough grade to keep the water in the shower or the drain is insufficient. We checked out early after one night and left the apartment in perfect condition, shades shut, everything clean, trash removed. Upon notifying the manager/owner we were chastised and found the encounter rude.

Heerlijk en mooi zicht,wel in de omgeving veel bouwwerken,maar ja dat is in heel het zuiden.

De ligging,toegankelijk,te voet alles te bereiken,voor boodschappen wel vervoer nodig.

Niet te voorzien,zaten op de 6 verdiepingen en op het 4 waren ze aan het verbouwen,we waren wel veel. Weg in de dag maar de werkuren liggen daar wel anders.

Groot terras met prachtig uitzicht!

Alles was aanwezig, hier en daar mocht er iets vervangen worden(bv. ligbedden). Het terras was fantastisch, groot, geen inkijk en vooral een prachtig zicht op de zee en de kust ! Een heel rustige buurt in een afgesloten domein (vooral vaste of tijdelijke bewoners). De auto staat dus ook veilig.

25 min wandelen tot aan het centrum van Estepona. Een groot deel langs de promenade maar de rest is stijgen of dalen. Het terras is op de 6de verdieping ( bovenste). Bij heel veel wind is het niet te doen om het uitschuifbaar schaduwdoek open te laten.
