Excellent apartment for a short or long stay in Estepona

Well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, great view from balcony, comfortable bed, and living room sofa and armchair. Fast washing machine, good parking space in basement garage Quiet at night. Five minutes walk to marina with good choice of restaurants. 25 minute walk along lovely traffic free esplanades to old town. The host, Guillermo, was very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable and 2 bathrooms. There are good views from the balcony, and the location is great. Close to the port and the big promenade. Assigned parking in the basement was a real plus.

The location is not easy to find, there are no signs to Faro. We missed a small saucepan for boiling two eggs for breakfast.

UN PISO MUY TRANQUILO PARA PASAR UNOS DÍAS AGRADABLES EN ESTEPONA

El apartamento era muy cómodo. Así como los colchones. La comunidad de vecinos tiene un ambiente muy familiar y tranquilo.

Quizá estaba un pelín alejado del centro. Pero al lado del puerto, paseo marítimo y paseos de acceso al casco urbano.

Schlüsselübergabe perfekt, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe

Bei der Schlüsselübergabe bemerkten wir das die Balkontür nicht zu verschließen war, man versprach das ein Mechaniker geschickt werde was bis zur Abreise nicht geschah. Wir wollten das Apartment wechseln sollten zusätzlich 40 € pro Nacht bezahlen. Am nächsten Morgen besorgten wir uns im Supermarkt Reinigungsmittel und versuchten das Apartment etwas zu reinigen. Toilette mit Silberfische und sehr abgewohnt nur für Linkshänder benutzbar weil viel zu eng, in den Ecken braune Schimmelrückstände und Ungeziefer. (Siehe Fotos) Wir haben bei unseren Freunden die im oberen Stockwerk gewohnt haben geduscht. Eine Dreistigkeit für die Endreinigung 160 € in Rechnung zu stellen die wir im Vorraus bezahlen mussten. Fazit: ein sehr schöner gelungener Urlaub
