We stayed two nights and loved being in the center of Annecy!

Fantastic location! Great shower. Lovely terrace.

The layout of the bedrooms was awkward. You had to walk through one to get to the other. Also, there was no place to set up the crib that didn’t interfere with being able to walk around.

This central location offers good sleeping arrangements and a pretty apartment with good light.

We stayed only one night and ate out so I don't know about the cooking arrangements. The beds were very comfortable.

The coffee arrangement in the morning is not ideal with only instant on offer. There are two showers but only one toilet.

n/a. Yes, there’s no parking close by (duh, it’s in a pedestrian area!) Yes, the trash cans are inside the front door (duh, it’s in an ancient building and we don’t dump trash in the canals anymore!) Walk up the very old stairway and you’ll be rewarded with a large, very comfortable, and very functional apartment with a killer balcony overlooking the center of the old town.

Location! Centre of Annecy not far to anything. Great restaurants, bars, historical sites and lake all very close. Property well equipped with a great view and balcony.

Stairs and no lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Annecy and this apt was beautiful, fun and we loved it!

Location was brilliant! Beautiful views and the apartment was super comfortable for our family, and had everything we needed to cook dinner or not.

Only that it lacked small amenities like hand soap, shampoo, body wash and paper towels which wasn’t a big deal— just wasn’t clear at looking.

This lovely apartment is perfectly placed in the heart of town. Step outside and you’re instantly swept up in the vibrant buzz of the old town, surrounded by excellent restaurants and irresistible gelaterias at every turn. Yet the moment you step back inside, peace returns — upstairs, the apartment is calm and welcoming. The balcony was a joy, with wonderful views over the canal, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our children absolutely loved the double bunk beds, which felt like their own little dens. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the washing machine was a huge bonus for a family stay. We loved exploring the markets and swimming in the lake — both highlights of our trip along with going paragliding over the lake.

There’s no space to fully unpack, so travellers with large suitcases might find it tricky, but we had packed light and it didn’t affect our stay in the slightest.

Comfortable stay with amazing view in the heart of historic Annecy

The location is fantastic. It's really wonderful to look over the balcony and see the canal and beautiful architecture. The apartment is centrally located and a quick, short walk to the lake. The windows are well insulated, so when you close them it is very quiet. The sofa is comfortable, and the small kitchen is nice.

The shower in the master bedroom leaks all over the floor, so we didn't use it.

Great stay for a few days.

The location was fabulous. Right in the centre of the old town so great for the lake too. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the bus and train station. The little balcony was a big hit where we could sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

The property was clean enough but not quite to my standard. We also arrived to a full dishwasher which I had to then empty. The decor is now looking a bit shabby so could do with a refresh but didn’t hinder our stay.

Lovely view of the canal.

Perfect location! Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people and ducks. Very comfortable space, well appointed. There are two sink/shower areas, but only one toilet.

Did not receive check-in instructions in a timely manner and when we arrived at the appointed check-in time, it was still being cleaned. Fortunately we were able to drop off our bags.

Overall disappointing but saved by the location in a stunning town.

The location of the property was as expected and desirable for the centre of Old Town Annecy. The main bed was comfortable.

The property title of 'certified 5 stars' is misleading and infers a higher quality accommodation. The toilet smelled, as did the hallway holding the bins, as did the fridge. The main bed was comfortable, however the second sleeping arrangement for 3 adults was a disappointing claustrophobic bunk space behind a (dusty) faux curtain. The promoted 'Welcome Pack' listed necessary utilities included 3 Teabags, and 2 pieces of soap as small as coins, and a teeny body wash sachet.

Perfect long weekend stay in Annecy

A perfect stay. The location is amazing...right in the heart of the old town. Restaurants, cafes and even markets right on your doorstep. We went for a weekend and on Saturday and Sunday we stepped out to a huge range of market stalls. It was brilliant. Also some very good patisseries within minutes to grab a takeaway away breakfast or lunch. As a family of three, it was perfect and after a busy day, we loved the lounge area where we could settle and watch films whilst eating the gelato (numerous little gelato places just a few doors away!). It really was the perfect stay for a long weekend in France. Easy walking distance to the Flixbus stop if you want to get the bus back to Geneva, which is right by main station too so no need for a car.

Emplacement en plein cœur de ville mais pas bruyant car côté rivière. Le balcon pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et l’apéro.

Le service conciergerie n’était pas à la hauteur (manque de réactivité pour obtenir des réponses notamment pour obtenir les informations pour accéder à l’appartement. De plus l’appartement n’a été disponible qu’à 17h00 le jour de notre arrivée).
