Superb
Good location short walk down to the lake and the lakeside cycle path. Free bus to Annecy available in the summer from the stop a couple of minutes walk if you don't want to use the car .
The sat nav took us down the old road from Annecy which is very narrow and full of speed bumps. Can access it more easily staying on the main road and turning right just before the Black Bass hotel

Extremely comfortable, great location, easy access to the lake for swimming and biking. Superbly well equipped. Wonderful views.
Would be even better if the top ‘attic’ room had a door or a thick curtain to reduce light and noise disturbances from downstairs.

Exceptional
The Villa was very nice and modern with great view. Very clean and every thing was available. The lake is just 4 Min walk and there is nice restaurants near by. The host Mr. Phillipe was very welcoming and supportive. He did show us around and did recommend to us great locations. Annecy old town is just 10 Min by car. Privet parking is available. Having your own car is a plus to visit near by places.

Amazing house
We loved this house. Very comfortable with an amazing view of the lake. Few minutes drive from the city center. Few minutes walk from the lake. Phili, the owner was very nice and gave us a lot of information regarding the area. We highly recommend this place. Merci Philip
