Stuff was nice. We were allowed to check in earlier what we appreciated. Breakfast was also good. View from the balcony was beautiful! Room was clean.

When we entried the hotel the stench hit us in the nose. But the smell was only in the wholes of the hotel, little bit in the room but when we opened the window it was okay.

Breakfast was excellent! Walking distance to everything in the town, comfortable bed, perfect temperature in the room. Hotel provided a tourist pass which I didn't get to use but I would have been happy to!

Very pleasant staff.

Receptionist was very pleasant. · We booked the place in the evening shortly before arriving but the receptionist was very welcoming, she didn't speak English only Italian and German. We got on well with our basic German knowledge, as we were explained everything clearly and in simple language :) · Breakfast was nice, similar to other places - buffet breakfast. · We had a corner room with a nice view to the city. · Bathroom had a floor hating and nice porcelain elements implemented in walls for example soap holders. · Guests can receive transport cards for this region for a week with no additional charge, it was a pleasant and useful surprise for us.

We stayed only one night and it was a wonderful stay. · Can't pick a single thing that didn't fit our needs for the night. · All places in mountain area are quite similar, the best thing about this was its staff, very pleasant.

The internet was really poor. It had a good rating on Booking and it was one of the reasons I chose this accomodation. I was very upset I couldn't work there. One of the owners wasn't quite hospitable. When I asked for scrambled eggs for breakfast she said no, the only option is a boiled egg. She brought one...

2 notti in camera singola per sciare. Molto pulito! Zita la proprietaria è gentile e l’accoglienza è ottima! La colazione è buona ! C’è di tutto! Ci ritornerò sicuramente essendo anche centinaia di metri dal ovovia per Plan de Corones!

Le chiave attaccate alla porta dello ski room e la colazione magari dalle 7:00 piuttosto che alle 7:30 .

L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti dagli impianti di risalita e a 5 minuti dal centro, ottima posizione. L'hotel da la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente. La camera era sempre ben riscaldata e aveva una bellissima vista sulle montagne.

La struttura è decisamente datata, poco accogliente, un pò buia. La colazione è scarsa, ha prodotti di scarsa qualità, poca scelta e le uova si possono avere solamente cotte in acqua (con guscio), niente uovo in padella o altri tipi di cucinatura. La sauna è molto piccola, mai abbastanza calda e non c'è la possibilità di può gettare acqua sulle pietre per aumentare l'umidità. Nel periodo del nostro soggiorno il bagno turco non era in funzione. Non c'è la possibilità di cenare (niente mezza pensione). L'accoglienza...beh...in questa splendida regione, abbiamo avuto esperienze decisamente migliori. In generale: decisamente overpriced!
