Luxurious alpine hotel with amazing infinity pool

The hotel is very modern, very clean and has an excellent spa area with infinity pool and a well equipped gym. We had stunning views of the mountain opposite and the room is very large and feels very lavish and comfortable. Great shower and bathroom too. The parking is free and underneath the hotel which protects cars from the cold weather. The restaurant has superb food. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that but the dinner was delicious with plenty of options including a steak and rib speciality at a fair price. Staff were always very helpful and it is close to the village centre and ski lifts. The bar is very good with a wide range of wines for a decent price. The bar staff were always friendly and helpful and found us a table in the restaurant at the last minute even on a busy Saturday night.

Coffee supplies were only provided on the first day (enough for one day's worth) and not replenished after that. It is also not very generous on providing more soap and toilet paper. A bit of a warning, although swimming costumes must be worn in the pool, the very nice sauna and steam room area has a strict nudist policy and doesn't allow swimming costumes, which is not the norm for us prudish Brits! 😬 Reception isn't manned until 8am, which is quite late if checking out early-ish. We left our keys but there was a city tax that we couldn't pay as no one was there when we left at 7.15am so we had to sort out payment afterwards once we'd left that was a bit of hassle. An earlier receptionist service would be helpful. This is a lovely hotel, just wanted to highlight why it is an 8 ( not a 10).

Amazing relaxing stay 🫶🏻

We absolutely LOVED our stay at AMA! It was such a relaxing end to our trip. The rooms were really clean and minimalist and beds super comfortable, we also loved having the doors open in the night to let the fresh air in. Breakfast as also delish and the gym had a fair amount of equipment to use. We thought the spa was AMAZING! Beautiful facilities, huge saunas and lots of chill out areas and balcony space! We actually thought your spa facilities were much better than advertised on IG and booking.com they are something to shout about ❤️

Beautiful property! Very quiet, peaceful and spacious. The facilities were incredible. We loved the pool, sauna and gym! We genuinely loved everything. The staff were very attentive and helpful with any requests we had. The breakfast is 10/10!!

We were a little hot at night however this was easily remedied by the staff providing us a fan! Can’t fault any part of our stay!

We had a splendid relaxing weekend. Markus, the manager made our stay even more warm and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. The spa was premium - pool, sauna and massage! Definitely returning here in winter. Thank you Markus and team!

The room lacked amenities like a coffee machine and fridge, and opening hours (breakfast ended at 10:30am, gym opens at 8am and sauna at 2pm) did not fully cater to the crowd that would be attracted a “wellness” brand of (majority) early risers

Cool and cozy

Wonderful new place, with modern and fresh interiors, excellent restaurant and staff. Pretty expensive though. Rooms are lovely, bright and clean. Location is perfect - in town, but just outside of all the noise and hustle.

I've missed the warm lunch option. While they do have all day dining, there are only cold snacks at lunch time - too bad. We got to cook ourselves due to this, using the kitchenette in the room..not a fun of doing so while on holidays.

Too many things are for sale: you feel you are being monetised. It could be more discreet. Room was too hot at night: we had to open the window. The guy managing the sauna was unpleasant.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, with beautiful views and walking distance to town. Everything is brand new, the Spa is great and the bar and restaurant serve amazing food. The internet connection was even faster than mine in the US, which was very important to us since we were working remotely during our stay.

Everything was just perfect. Ama Stay has thought about every single detail. Also the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) were incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. We will come back for a few times for sure in the near future. Thank you for everything!

- the reception is open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. if you need to do a checkout before, you need to call an emergency number and wait someone. - the A/C doesn't work - bidet has some problem and also the wc - they are Pet friendly but my money pocket still crying, 35€ by day with no additional service, just accept you pet. i hope my feedbacks can help the structure to improve the quality, the location is super beautiful!

It s the perfect stay if you are going skiing. Amazing location, everything is really organized in such way that it makes it easy for you to come in and go out of the hotel to go to the skilifts. Rooms are big and clean, views are amazing and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

It was very nice stay and good hotel in general.

Hotel is new, great location, very well designed, Very good kitchen, great vines. Good spa. Swimming pool with spectacular view.

Spa was good but hardly available. When we arrive on Sunday we got the info that on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday there was a training so there was not a chance to use it. And it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Maybe if you going there during high season acceciblity is better. A bit too loud and too long played musik during one night.
