No 6 Boleyn House

The property was clean and comfortable and Lise left some kind touches in the kitchen. The location was central and there were convenient car parks nearby with free overnight parking.

The property was ideal for my purpose but I was disturbed at night by a noisy guest upstairs, to their credit, Lise and her husband stepped in and enabled me to move to an Airbnb Garden Room at their home, a beautiful facility and location. They were superb throughout and saved my break - their warmth and kindness made me feel valued so, if it wasn’t for the “elephant” upstairs, the stay at that location would have worked out absolutely fine, but their approach towards the issue was exemplary and generous. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for supporting me and ensuring that my visit to the area could be completed. They also offered an free extended stay at the Garden Room and reimbursement to make up for a nightmare that they couldn’t possibly have been in a position to resolve at the time and could happen anywhere. I’m not the type to take advantage but the kindness has been noted and appreciated enormously.

The location, communication and facilities were great, perfect for our last minute get away

Apart from some problems with parking (a narrow street with double yellow lines but possible to park on the double yellow lines with a blue badge) the house was convenient for the centre of town for someone with mobility problems. The flat was ground floor and very comfortable.

The photo of the shower did not make it clear that the shower was over the bath. This was not usable for someone with mobility problems. Everything else was fine.

Boleyn house was central. 3 minutes walk fro town centre. Near to river and a minutes walk to friends who live in Brecon

Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay again
