I can’t recommend this house highly enough. You’ll love it.

I loved this property. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and had a beautiful view. The attention to detail and comfort were exceptional. Lisa provided tea, coffee, sugar aswell as oil and condiments for cooking. It’s the extra things like this that we really appreciated. Also, she was always on hand to answer questions we had.

Lovely stay and would recommend the property and its location. .

The property was ideally located and was exactly as advertised. Clean and very well presented. A lovely touch with the pint of milk, Welsh cakes and tea, coffee, sugar provided. Very much appreciated.

We could not fault the property itself. If anything we just found the mattress on the double bed abit uncomfortable so our sleep was not as good as it could have been but that’s just our opinion on the mattress. Other people who stay may find it okay. It did not make our stay any less enjoyable at the property.

Great location for Beacon town, modern interior/facilities. Great experience, lovely helpful hosts

The location is great - it is a 2-minute walk into the town centre (got morning coffees at Coffee #1) and an evening walk into pubs - while being on a quiet side road. The rear view looks out onto the river Usk. A great base to head off for a Pen y Fan hike. Easy and secure private parking and the interior is great, with a modern kitchen, utility, bathroom, separate shower room, and bedrooms.

Lovely, comfortable apartment with stunning views and close to amenities

A lovely spacious property, on the edge of town, overlooking the river and you can also see the Brecon Beacons in a the background.

The water pressure is really bad. This makes for a poor shower. It could do with some smaller tea/coffee cups as an option. The gate and lock needs fixing. Very heavy to have to lift to shut. Takes 2 people.

The living areas are spacious. The location is fantastic.

Beds are uncomfortable. Tiny shower cubicle with an electric shower that doesn't produce much water.

The location is great. Right in the middle of town and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The riverside location is probably the best in town. The size of the apartment is very surprising. There is a lot of space and the lounge/diner is huge that also doubles up as another bedroom if needed with the sofa bed.

As amazing as the place is, the main 2 things you want from a property are comfy beds and a good shower. The beds really are uncomfortable, they are so soft you sink right down to the creaking, metal bed frame, offering no support. The shower is barely a trickle with almost no pressure at all, very disappointing.

A great apartment in a very central location. The welcome pack was great and much appreciated. Parking was excellent in a locked yard area.

The mattresses needed to be updated. Not very comfortable. The flat itself is great.

Great location, beautiful views. The apartment has everything you need. Nice touch to have a starter pack and milk in the fridge on arrival for a nice cuppa and toiletries on hand if required. Good space and spotless. Great communication from host. Thank you.

The location was fantastic, with a view overlooking the river. The home was clean and had everything we needed and our host provided extras like milk, bread, butter, tea, and flapjacks! Plus, there was secure, off street parking.

The shower is an eclectic shower which has very slow water trickling through. Was fine for a short stay but any longer and it would’ve been frustrating. only complaint though!!

The location.

The gate to access the parking area was clumsy and difficult for one person to manage. The heating didn’t function properly, although someone did visit us within minutes of reporting a problem. Unfortunately, it still didn’t operate as it should have but we put up with it for the short stay we’d booked.
