Brilliant location. Comfortable cottage with very comfortable beds. Good kitchen with all that you would need. Good wifi. Good heating.
TV wasn't usable. Thankfully, we had taken a laptop.
There was a leak in the living room when the shower was used.
Surface cleaning was okay but looked a little deeper and was disappointed - e-cigaraette liquid and lots of crumbs/hairs under the sofa cushions, cobwebs throughout and staining in tge toilet.
Toilet seat was a curved shape whilst toilet bowl was square so it didn't fit.
No blind in the bathroom.
Bath was not plumbed in and had no plug.
Timble dryer was advertised, but there was neither a washing machine nor tumble dryer.
Contacted the hosts, but no support was given.
Despite this, we enjoyed the location and would return to Brecon.

Great property in great location a short walk to everything you need.
The property does not have its street number marked on the door of t th he property which made it a little difficult to find at first.
3.0 / 10.0
The property was in a good location, the shower had good water pressure.
The WiFi was unavailable throughout the entire weekend, and access to the keys was hindered due to a malfunctioning key box. Additionally, the host was somewhat unresponsive to our concerns. The sofa was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the toilet seat, which had been previously broken, was replaced with one that did not fit properly. The overall cleanliness of the property was severely lacking, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Given the quality of amenities offered, we found the price to be excessively high. In fact, we were so dissatisfied that we considered booking a local hotel instead. We will not be using this property again.

Clean and tidy, the kitchen looked wonderful but we ate out most the time. Good location to centre
The parking stressed us out, simply because the number of cars.
Although there is a bath at the property, it can only be used as a shower as taps removed and no plugs.
No where to place anything in the bedrooms apart from clothes hangers, so my phone and water had to go on the floor.
One of the sofas was horrible too sit on as it sunk!

Well equipped kitchen.
Smart TV with channels
Comfortable beds
Quiet
Bath was disabled to keep water usage low but after 14 mile walks it would have been much better. Understandable to keep water usage down.

The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very glad for the tea coffee and little kitchen bits provided. Great location just outside the town centre.

Charming single family home. Nicely decorated with a nice kitchen and parking was available (although not guaranteed we had no issues.) The town is nicely situated to exploring the area.
There was no seating in yard which would have been nice. Need to bring your own toiletries (which was fine since we brought with us.)

My stay with my partner & 4 month old baby was perfect, the cottage was very cosy & homely with a well equipped kitchen & comfy beds, we have two dogs who didn’t join on this occasion but we’re already planning to come back with them next time & the little courtyard garden will be ideal for letting them out for a sniff & morning & bedtime wee’s.
The location of the cottage was perfect, a short walk into town, some lovely walks straight from the doorstep such as along the promenade or around the local cathedral or just over a 15 min drive to the bottom of Pen Y Fan - plenty to do!
The host was very friendly & attentive to all our needs, the place was spotless & the beds were comfortable.
We’ll be back for sure!

The apartment doesn't look impressive from the outside, but don't be discouraged. Inside everything is renovated, clean and fresh. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things: kettles, fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, saucepans, frying pans, cutlery and dishes. Living room with table and coffee table. TV, Good internet throughout the apartment. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Decorated in an absolutely minimalist way. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a rack with hangers. That's it. Books, guides and maps are a great idea, available in the apartment. Two board games and you won't be bored for a moment. Easy key collection, check-in and check-out. Good contact with the owner. Overall, I recommend it and wish you warm days.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom, but you can't use it. The shower works. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very cold because the radiator is clogged with air and the window is leaky. It's not good for bathing, and it's definitely uncomfortable for children. Towels and hair dryer are available. Overall a nice place, done simply but with taste. From the kitchen you can go out to a mini garden. It's nice that there was coffee, tea for guests in the kitchen. Parking in front of the house, tight and narrow, lots of cars, but you can find a space. For me, the only problem was that we came across cold days. The house was quite cold, and therefore unpleasant. It's good that there were blankets, so we uncovered ourselves with them in the evening. Unfortunately, you can't regulate the heating yourself, it is managed remotely by the owner. You have to write to her to turn on the heating. It's a bit annoying and frustrating when you come back from a trip, cold and wet. After writing to the owner, the heating was on, unfortunately the radiators were air-locked and did not provide heat.

Excellent location, being less than 10 mins stroll from town. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Host almost instantly responded to several queries by SMS. Lovely relaxing break and I would definitely recommend. .
The lack of an iron and ironing board. In fairness however, this equipment was not included in the list of facilties at the property so this is not really a complaint. Maybe they should be added though. Then again, maybe we just should have packed better!

The location is perfect, everything in Brecon town is a walkable distance. And only 15 mins drive to Pen y fan. Our group consisted of 3 adults, a toddler and a dog and the house was perfectly accommodating (and safe) for all of us! The owner was very responsive and friendly too. All the beds and sofas were very comfy, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook.
The only thing I can say is that the garden is quite small and the steps are very steep. It also wasn’t very clean, it could use a bit of an upgrade to make it look nicer! But for us it wasn’t a major issue. The dog still did her business as usual :D
