Super location just by the canal exactly as listed. It was comfortable and clean. We didn't make much use of the kitchen but it appeared to have all that you would need. Milk tea coffee and Welsh cakes were left for us which was much appreciatd. Helen was very quick to communicate and helped us sort out alternative dates as we needed to change original booking.

lovely clean house, we spent most of our time there sat in the conservatory people watching (and waving!) Brecon is a lovely town, very friendly people and the cottage is ideally positioned as its down a quiet street, but within a short walk of the town centre. would recommend and come again

Famtastic location and a super-relaxing and comfortable cottage. Host really helpful and friendly. The perfect mini break.

Bad odours all through the house, previous tenant left rotten fish. Lounge carpet smelly, laminate for pets please.
Mattress full of large brown stains, bedding cheap polycotton.
Conservatory window leaking in the rain, desperately needs varnishing.
Lovely views we spent a couple of days here, very expensive for 3nights .
Host responsive to take on board comments.
