Host was very communicative and paitent with little Armenian. I didn't realize I needed to pay with cash, and he gave me a full day to take out cash to pay. He helped me with my bags up the stairs when I arrived and offered to help when we left as well! We couldn't meet when we checked out, but wasn't upset when we left the keys on the table.

We are very pleased with the cleanliness and hospitality. Close to the center. There is everything you need for living. The keys are in the safe. Contactless check-in.

The unique layout of this apartment makes it feel very different from others, and this is the main selling point of this place. The lounge area feels cosy as it is underneath a low ceiling. The bed is very big and comfy. The host was exceptional, friendly and helpful!
The lack of anything in the main space makes it feel very echoed and empty. It would benefit from a layout change, bringing the TV closer. There is also the bare minimum in the kitchen. Long term stays, better to buy your own things. One of the chairs was broken and we couldn't use it. Just needs a general renovation, having leaked water all the way down the wall gives it an uncomfortable feeling. Rough edges everywhere you look.
