Чудове розташування, центральна частина міста. Зручні ліжка, чиста постіль. На балконі зручно сидіти і пити каву, чай зранку та ввечері. Власники житла пішли нам назустріч і заселили дуже рано. Дякуємо!

Наша подорож припала на дуже спекотні дні і хоча в житлі є вентилятор, проте бракувало кондиціонера.

The location is very central. The building is in the empire style from the Soviet period, balcony with a fantastic view. Price.

The apartment isn't very clean: there are greasy oil stains behind the stove, dust on the chandelier, and so on. It would be nice to buy matching sets of dishes, otherwise it feels like someone packed up everything unnecessary and brought it into the apartment. Some unnecessary and non-functional items (vases with handles, a bag with a bags on the refrigerator, a heater in July). The sugar and salt are in glass jars. It's as if we're in a remote village where they don't sell sugar bowls. A shabby piano takes up hug part of the living room: who needs it here, why? The second room lacks a fan. There's no air conditioning. And that's critical in such a hot city. There are two chairs on the balcony, but no table. It lacks decor to make it more cozy: fresh flowers, photographs, paintings. The entryway is dark, and several floors have no light bulbs at all.

The host is most kind person - communicative, was waiting for us to arrive, apartment was sparkling clean with fresh flowers on the table. Spacious, with everything you may need and just ~7mins away from republic square. The balcony to relax in the evening after long tours with a glass of Armenian wine. 👌❤️
