Rustic charm is not enough

It is a rustic basic cottage close to the centre, in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Toilet is under the stairs on ground floor, issues with hitting head for taller people, be better situated in bathroom where there is plenty of space. Kitchen worktop and hob were greasy and had to be cleaned before use. Dated facilities which could do with being updated.

Very limited hot water, only enough for one or possibly two people. Thankfully it’s possible to override the timer controlling the boiler by resetting in the consumer unit by the front door.

A quaint little apartment close to Plaza des Heroes, great communication with owner!

Great location, easy to meet with owner to get keys.

Bathroom with toilet was only in main floor, and stairs were a bit steep for my elderly parents. But we managed! Would stay here again!

Logement de centre ville au calme à proximité des places. Très bon rapport qualité prix, le moins cher pour 2 chambres et en plus c'est une maison et non pas un appartement ! Il y a beaucoup d'ustensiles et de produit pour dans la cuisine , c'est pratique (filtre, épices, huile ...). Le logement est propre, les lits sont nickels

Een tegenvaller

Bij het betreden van de woning kwam er ons een vreemde geur te gemoed. In de woning hangen overal lijstjes en opmerkingen om alles proper te houden terwijl het niet proper was. De wc was als volwassen persoon niet simpel te gebruiken. Veel te kleine ruimte waarin van alles stond. De doucheranden waren zwart van de schimmel. De badkamerdeur was ook niet ok veel stof. Ik ben opgestaan met veel rooie vlekken op het lichaam. Mogelijks vlooien??? De brandmelder lag op de schoorsteenwand met de batterij erop. De flessenopener was bruin van de roest. De elektriciteit werd verdeeld via verlengkabels met zesdelige contactdozen. Qua veiligheid lijkt mij dit niet ok.
