The apartment and lo action was spot on.

The bedding needed to be renewed as the pillows and quilt were badly stained.

A very successful stay in a lovely little apartment.

Very nice little apartment in a great location.

Parking was confusing as no bays are numbered. Couldn’t see any bins as described in the info from the owners so put rubbish in bins at the back of the parking lot but this was removed by someone and thrown everywhere which I only discovered as we were leaving and so I put it and more at the back again by different bins.

An excellent little apartment. A good base to visit WW1 sites, the Opal Coast, Lille, Lens, and Ikea

Good, secure parking. A lift (elevator). Wel equipped kitchen.,etc. Excellent shower. 5 minutes walk from town hall / town centre, and good Saturday market. A great base to visit other places in the area. We Kiwis loved it.

A little noisy from traffic in the lane way. There was a sewerage smell from the laundry/bathroom. No side access to the bed.

Fantastic apartment, centrally located

Chez Fred&Vir is a great little apartment located in the centre of Arras close to Hotel de Ville and Place de Heroes. The apartment is compact but very comfortable, functional and well equipped for our 6 day stay. Parking is also provided which is a real bonus in this inner city location. The hosts were friendly and were always contactable. We really enjoyed our stay at Chez Fred&Vir.

Exceptional

The apartment was small but the facilities were amazing and absolutely everything was available. It was done up very tastefully and with an eye for detail. The main square of Arras was only 2 min away. We loved it here!

Communication would have been a little easier if we spoke French... ;) It was fine through the Booking.com messaging system since this automatically translates, but we were also asked to phone the hosts to arrange the collection of the keys, and during those instances it was a little difficult. But we managed in the end! I would have preferred to arrange everything through the messaging system, however.

this apartment was so well equipped I couldn’t think of anything that could be added . great location . we let Dylan know when we we’re arriving and he was bang on time 👍

Great location

We arrived early and phoned the owners who arranged for Pierre to meet us. He was very friendly and showed us around. The apartment is compact and very well equipped. We found it to be clean and well presented. Wi-fi signal was strong. The location is superb and within a few minutes walk to the main squares and free secure parking is a bonus. It was comforting to know that help was only a text away and communication was good. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay again.

The only negative was that the blinds didn't close. Not a huge problem but because it was summer it was very light very early.

A perfect location. Very close to the restaurants and bars in Place des Heros. Plenty of parking to the rear of the apartments. It was the perfect size for the 5 nights we spent there.

Very good and convenient for a short break

A very compact apartment, but well equipped with everything you might need, and all in good order, contemporary and colour coordinated. No problems with TV or wi-fi. It was a winter break, but double glazing and efficient heating kept the place very warm. Just a few paces from the Grand Place.

The "bedroom" area was difficult for my wife (with Alzheimer's) as there was no access to either side of the bed, only from the bottom end! Tricky, but we managed.

Amaizing place in town centre

Location is great walking distance to everything! Car park free what is extreme plus. Gentlemen who meet us professional and very polite. Apartament is modern and equipped great ! And you can stay with dogs. Great place to stay in Arras

L'appartement est remarquablement situé entre le beffroi et la cathédrâle; il est décoré avec bon goût et surtout extrêmement bien équipé.

Je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner le chauffage (ce qui eut été agréable le soir en octobre). Le code d'entrée ne m'a été donné que le jour de mon arrivée dans l'après midi; sans téléphone portable, impossible d'accéder à ce code ! Distiller les informations au compte goutte me paraît vraiment stupide. (Heureusement, j'avais joint les propriétaires trois jours avant mon arrivée, qui m'avaient très aimablement fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires)

Prima, kort maar krachtig.

Geweldige locatie, zeer centraal op 5 minuten lopen van de twee grote pleinen met al hun terrasjes en restaurants. Absolute pre is de eigen parkeerplaats in een afgesloten binnenplaats. Keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken (die ik niet gebruikt heb).

Als je met de auto komt is het nogal lastig om eerst ergens in de buurt van het appartement te parkeren om vervolgens de sleutel uit het kluisje te halen. Je krijgt wel twee duidelijke video's toegestuurd. Tip: heb je een iets grotere auto, rijd dan eerst iets voorbij de zijstraat aan de rechterkant (tegenover de inrit van de parkeerplaats). Rijd dan achteruit die straat in om vervolgens daarna rechtdoor de inrit van het appartement te kunnen inrijden. Dit is geen tegenvaller maar het is gewoon handig om hiermee van te voren rekening te kunnen houden.

Très bien. Je recommande.

L'appartement était très bien organisé, fonctionnel et avec beaucoup d'équipements. Merci pour le savon, le liquide vaisselle, l'huile, le sel.... Les draps étaient confortables, de nombreuses couvertures présentes pour les frileux! Il était aussi très calme, tant l'immeuble que la rue sur lequel il donne. La récupération des clés a été très facile, l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal à deux pas de la place des Héros. Nous sommes très contents de ce séjour et remercions nos hôtes.
