Perfect location, easy to find essential stores and also walking distance to train station, festival.
The late check in, 5pm is very late especially when you have to check out at 11. We paid an extra hour to check out as we needed more time.

Great location and secure with a lift. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is quite good. The apartment is bright and airy. It has potential to be great but needs some attention and cleaning.
The bed is hard with a plastic type mattress protector which makes you sweat. The bed linen and towels are tatty and need to be replaced. The kitchen sponges need to be fresh for each client and the sofa/couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. The 5pm check-in is too late.
