These 5-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The establishment is situated in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.



The apartments have a balcony, air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.



The lounge has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.



It has a spacious main double bedroom, two double rooms and two single rooms, with two additional bathrooms equipped with a shower.

Beware of the damage deposit requirement. The reimbursement process was not transparent and the exchange rate cost us. Also, we were promised a discount for parking at a certain lot and we were charged more than twice the expected rate. Kitchen is very far from dining area and patio is too loud to use due to traffic. Neighborhood is fine. Good size and bedroom configuration for 6 people. Overpriced for the value.
