About this house rental
House of South West with floor of 130 m2 with swimming pool welcomes you for unforgettable and rejuvenating holidays in a relaxing setting.
Ideally located at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, 1.5 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon beach and 10 km from the beautiful ocean beaches, you can take advantage of the cycle paths and other paths that accompany you on these places or in the city center of Andernos les Bains (3 km) and Ares (2 km).
The house is located at the bottom of a pine forest dead end.
This beautiful house with beautiful volumes is composed of a living room with American kitchen: living room of 45 m2 opens onto a covered terrace welcoming a large table (12 place settings) where you can take your meals in the shade, seen on the swimming pool.
In the living room, a staircase will lead you to a mezzanine with library and to the 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with bathroom (toilets upstairs)
On the ground floor 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The house can accommodate up to 11 people
BBC evening with family and friends, aperitif by the pool guaranteed.
The garden area is fenced.
A small educational vegetable garden for young and old where you can pick your spices and probably tomatoes.
Access to the villages, Ares and Andernos, with their shops and famous markets are easily accessible by the bike path (2 / 3km from the house)
The closest beaches are those of Arcachon Bay 1.5km and Saint Brice (saltwater pond monitored). The ocean is accessible by the track which crosses the forest or by the road (10 km).
