The layout allows two families to stay together while maintaining their privacy.
The garden is fenced and not overlooked. A parking area in front of the house allows you to park your cars with ease.

The kitchen is fully equipped: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and small appliances: blender, mixer, electric kettle, etc.
