About this house rental
How about spending a few days in a typical family house in the Arcachon Basin, perfectly suited for reunions with friends or holidays with a large family? Everyone will find their own corner of serenity.
Located just three steps from the oyster port, close to the centre of Andernos and the beach, this house offers you a pleasant living environment. You will enjoy a set comprising a beautiful house for 8 people and a very pretty wooden outbuilding, also for 4 people, each facing the swimming pool.
In this joyful atmosphere, the children will be able to move from one house to another, run in the fenced garden, while the adults relax in the shade of the palm trees. Everything ends around the large terrace table and its plancha. Here, the key word is "essential": no large-screen television, no high-tech equipment, just books, board games and beautiful nature. Enjoy it to the fullest!
The main house
The living area is bright and offers an ideal lounge corner to share a cup of coffee, relax with a good book or watch a film on television. You will also discover a dining room, perfect for friendly meals. Finally, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
The main house, which can accommodate 8 people, includes 4 bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, has a floral double bed and an old parquet floor, ideal for a couple. The second bedroom, with golden tones, offers sleeping for two with two single beds assembled, and benefits from a large opening onto the garden, offering a soothing view. The last two bedrooms, also equipped with single beds, are located upstairs under the attic, perfect for duos or children.
You will also find a large modern wet room with an Italian-style shower, a second wet room upstairs, two independent toilets, a washing machine, an iron, a barbecue, as well as two parking spaces.
The Outbuilding
In the garden, the second house of 60m2 (outbuilding) has a kitchen equipped with a kettle, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, a microwave, two electric hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The stay of this annexe includes a dining room for 4 people, ideal for your meals, as well as a lounge area conducive to relaxation.
For your nights, the first bedroom welcomes you with a double bed (140x190), and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom, accessible through the first bedroom, includes an Italian-style shower, a washbasin and a toilet. You will also enjoy a 40m2 terrace with its two sunbeds
*The swimming pool is available from 15/06 to 01/09.

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We ate outside the whole time as there is an excellent covered patio giving plenty of shade. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice too. The property is ideally situated being close to the oyster port and walking distance to the jetty and numerous restaurants. There is a Netto supermarket 5 minutes walk away. My only criticism is that access to the property is by electronic gates and we only had one electronic fob. This meant it was difficult for our group to go out to two different places at the same time. The beds were comfortable, the swimming pool great.
