Beautiful house with pool Arcachon basin

Very beautiful Maison du bassin d'Arcachon of 150 m2 on two levels with swimming pool, welcomes you for an unforgettable and rejuvenating holiday in a relaxing and calm setting.
Ideally located at the entrance to the peninsula of Cap Ferret, 1.2 km from the beach of the Bassin d'Arcachon and 10 km from the beautiful ocean beaches, close to cycle paths and other paths that accompany you to these places or in the city center of Andernos les Bains (3 km) and Ares (2 km).
The house is located in a quiet area, at the end of a pine forest cul-de-sac, not overlooked in a very sought-after area.
This beautiful house with very beautiful volumes is composed of a living room with open kitchen recently redone.
The 45 m2 living room opens onto a covered terrace with a large table (8/10 covers) where you can enjoy your meals in the shade, overlooking the swimming pool (Secure).
On the first floor, you will find two sleeping areas:
-2 bedrooms (each with a 90 x190 cm bed and extra bed) with bathroom and WC
- 1 master suite (bedroom with 160 cm bed), Bathroom and WC
Upstairs, the staircase will lead you to a mezzanine with library and to the 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 140x190 bed with bathroom and the second bedroom with a 160x190 bed) and a WC on the landing.

NB: Sheets and towels are not provided.

The house can accommodate up to 9 people

Outside, BBC evenings with family and friends, aperitif by the pool are provided.
The pool must be maintained during your stay by cleaning the filter (easy to use)
The garden area is fenced.
A swing and trampoline will delight the little ones.

Around:
Access to the villages, Ares and Andernos, with their shops and famous markets are easily accessible by the cycle path (2/3km from the house)
The nearest beaches are those of the Bassin d'Arcachon 1km and Saint Brice.
The cycle path will also take you to the ocean in 40 minutes by bike or by road (10 km).
Bordeaux airport 35 minutes by car.
