About this house rental
Charming typical wooden house from Arcachon enjoying an excellent location on the beach boulevard:
50 m from the beach, 100 m from the oyster area, 150 meters from the pedestrian street.
Close to all amenities (market, supermarket, sailing club, carousel, playground ...), all movements can therefore be done on foot or by bike.
This villa is ideal for relaxing with family and enjoy all the joys of the pool.
The villa consists of a very bright living room of 70 m²: living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, opening by large windows onto a veranda of 15 m², a terrace of 75m in PEI offering many bath sun and a beautiful 6mx3m pool.
A 16m²avec chamber a bed of 160 equipped with a bathroom with shower.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs, one of 20 m², equipped with a bathroom with shower, the other 16 sqm.
Each is equipped with a 140 bed and a bed of 90.
This holiday villa has all the comforts of a main house: air conditioning, flat screen, DVD player, Wii, Canal Plus, Canal Plus on request, SFR box, wifi, US fridge, microwave, induction hob, oven, machine dishwasher, washer-dryer machine. At disposal a wide range of comics, DVDs, video games and board games.
Outdoor furniture, deck chairs.
Linen is fully furnished (towels, sheets, towels) except beach towels.
The rooms are prepared for your arrival.
Equipment available on request: high chair, cot.

Premières vacances en Aout 2020 sur le bassin d’Arcachon. Une réussite totale ! la maison, pratique, hyper bien placée, propre, bien orientée, avec une piscine appréciée après une journée à la plage (a 50m). Idéal pour nous. (Famille avec 3 enfants de 13 à 6 ans). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Les cours de Surf sont déjà réservés pour cet été. Les propriétaires, qui nous accueillent sur place vous conseillent sur les restos, activités ou lieux à découvrir.
Bref... à faire et à refaire !!!

Super convenient, no car needed, beach vacation.
Upstairs rooms a bit hot, but overall very nice property and friendly hosts.
