About this house rental
Spacious Villa of 250 m2 overlooking a wooden Deck of 150 m2 and a heated pool (8.5m * 3.5m), all on a plot with an area of 920 m2.

The equipment left available are complete: 6 bicycles, ping pong table, Weber barbecue, 2TV, Wifi, Computer, Video game console, Billard, Baby foot ....
The villa is located in the beautiful subdivision No Moliettes, 5 minutes from the beach road and the center of Andernos. This is a residential area where the calm and tranquility are the main features. Therefore, the house can not be rented to organize festive events.
Andernos is one of the main resorts of Arcachon, lively resort animated for adults, ideal for families, perfect for children, bike trails, water shallow, warm and calm, and water sports equipment (riding , tennis, jet skiing, boat ...).
Composition of the villa:
On the ground floor:
- a living room of 90 m2 with Billiards, BabyFoot and Fireplace
- a kitchen of 22 m2
- bedroom n ° 1: parental suite of 37m2 with dressingroom, privative bathroom (bath-tub + double basin + shower), privative TOILET
- bedroom n ° 2: bedroom with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin) + mezzanine area offering an extra bed for 2 people
- 1 WC

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families, comprising 12 persons in this spacious and well equipped house. The pool was very clean and enjoyable to use for everyone. Pool side and outdoor seating are very comfortable and met all our expectations. Also there‘s a number of bicycles which were very useful for short trips. Check-in and Check-out were very easy and straight forward, as was communication before, during and after our vacation.Thanks for having us there! Jo.
