🛏️ Bedrooms:
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, decorated with care, 3 of which have direct access to the terrace/swimming pool. The beds are equipped with quality mattresses for a peaceful sleep. The layout can accommodate up to 9 people.
🛁 Bathrooms:
You will find 2 modern bathrooms with spacious showers. A separate toilet is also available.
🍽️ Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Everything is provided to cook like at home!
🛋️ Living / dining room:
A spacious and bright living space with a cozy lounge area (sofas, TV), a large table to share your meals, and direct access to the terrace. Warm atmosphere guaranteed.
🌞 Terrace & outside:
The villa opens onto a large wooden terrace, with garden furniture, deckchairs and outdoor dining area. The private and secure swimming pool (10 m2) is ideal for cooling off and relaxing.
🚗 Parking:
Private parking is available directly in front of the house (capacity for 3 vehicles).
🔌 Electric vehicle charging (reinforced domestic socket - slow charging):
Travellers with an electric vehicle can charge on site. This service is offered at an additional cost, at a rate of €0.20 per kWh. The reading will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay, and payment will be made on site. Only the socket is available, guests must bring their charging cable (and/or adapter).
For faster charging, a public supercharger is located 50m from the Villa.
🔑 Guest access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa during their stay. You will have access to all rooms and equipment.
No part of the accommodations are shared: you are at home here, in complete privacy.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. It is therefore requested to respect the tranquility of the place, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Parties, events and noise pollution are not permitted.
📋 House rules
Please read the Villa's house rules described in the tab provided. In any case, the full rules will be sent to travelers prior to arrival.
🚭 Tobacco
For everyone's comfort, the villa is non-smoking inside. It is possible to smoke outside, provided that the ashtrays provided for this purpose are used.
🐾 Animals
Animals are not allowed in the accommodation, unless otherwise agreed in advance (on small dogs).
🏊 Swimming pool
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of travellers. It will be heated from May to October (non-contractual opening dates), within the limit of 26-28°C. It is secure, but remains the responsibility of the adults present, especially for children's swimming. Please respect the safety instructions and do not jump or dive in.
🧼 Respect for the premises
We thank you for leaving the villa in a good state of cleanliness when you leave.End-of-stay cleaning is included: it includes the preparation of the accommodation for future guests, but a minimum of tidying up and benevolent gestures are expected from you (please leave the Villa in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use). We are also able to offer you an intermediate cleaning mid-stay (on request and beyond 10 nights).
