We stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. Nice grounds and a great pool! The cabins are conveniently located on the outskirts of town where it is quiet but close enough to easily access restaurants and the market in San Ignacio. The staff were friendly and the food was good and well priced. Our boys also loved the dogs and cats who were so friendly!

The setting in the hills just outside of San Ignacio is lovely, a great place to unwind after a series of long day tours. The staff are very friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a problem with the air-conditioning in our room that was never fully resolved. The pool was also closed on the afternoon we arrived for a private event and again the next day for cleaning - frustrating given it was one of the main reasons we picked the place, and especially frustrating we couldn't go there to cool off given our A/C issues. Staff were very well-meaning but a little inept, especially in the bar/restaurant. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with our stay here, which didn't live up to expectations.
