The view, quietness. Nice selection of drink supplies. Good communication from host on afternoon of check-in, asking our arrival time and to ensure we have clear information on what to do when we got there.
Poor water pressure in shower and inconsistent temperature. Heating kept cutting off and we found it cold at times. No heating in bathroom, chilly out of warmer season. No plug by a mirror for drying hair, mirror in living area would be good. Lack of places to put toiletries in bathroom, shelving would be helpful.

Really cozy, great location,perfect for a short stay. We had a large wooden cabin, right next to the swimming pool. That was great too.
Not perfect. Couple of niggles. Car park is a long way from some of the accommodation, just be aware of that. Our electric shower was poor, but I think it was down to the water pressure. As lovely as our cabin was, it wasn't very private. Felt a bit overlooked as the main windows faced other accommodation. A minor thing, but you can't wander around in your underwear. ( maybe supply dressing gowns?)It would have been so much better had the cabin been turned 90*. That would also have helped with the fabulous view. But would we stay here again? Absolutely.

The Cabin is charming and perfectly adequate
But you can’t park nearby so luggage transporting is hazardous over uneven pathways.
However! Had blissful massage at the Spa with Sunny Rose ❤️ and enjoyed using the pool 👍
Had planned meals around using an oven - there’s no oven - although this is not listed on Middlewick’s itinerary (only booking,com’s itinerary)
No full length mirror
Not enough plug sockets
Light pollution - to sleep, can’t shut light out from the skylights- and the site/compound lighting on all night.
Lack of storage for clothes - only hanging space - suggest chest of drawers.
Dining “area” flimsy and very small surface area
Bed rock hard, like sleeping on the floor
