Great location, bedroom and bathroom good size..

Not really a dislike, but the room was basic, there is no breakfast offering. The shower head is not fixed ie. It is off the bath taps, which is awkward for a shower, a simple bracket holder on the wall would fix it!

Good stay

The room was very good with nice smell and working AC inside. Very Cozy and suitable for a couple and a child. I liked it.

No facilities to cook, not even a microwave oven. It could have been better with atleaat a fridge. Hope they provide such facility in the future. Then it is a perfect place to stay.

The shower started to fill up ahen I was showering. Had to cut the wash a bit short and wait for the water to reside. Other than that it was perfect and the host was very pleasant..

Great place but how about mosquito nets?

Great host gave nice recommendations, decent location: bus 6 to city is short and punctual. Clean place and nicely decorated.

The only problem is the lack of aircon and insect nets when sleeping with open windows. Also the neighbors are very noisy (but the property can't do anything about that). Tall people watch your head at the entrance!

You get what you paid for

Host was very nice, brought us cold water as it's 45° in August. Bed not that bad. There's a water boiler, complimentary mugs and instant coffee and tea. Close to Lapad Bay beach and a store with everything, open until late. Water is drinkable from the tap.

We got Rooms Lapad room, a bedroom with private very small bathroom in it. Shower was poorly made, water would quickly overflow into the toilet area, only a rain shower so your hair would always get wet, crammed up toilet and sink, barely any room to move. The guests from other neighboring rented rooms were noisy very late at night, overall you get what you paid for. Internet had too low speed sometimes and sometimes was ok. There's mosquitoes in the area, so bring your repellent, even in the room. Furniture was very old; 35 min walk to the main Dubrovnik bus station.

Exceptional

Good location, walking distance to the promenade-restauarants- beach. Beautiful renovated new and clean rooms, comfortable bed , stunning bathroom. As Dubrovnik is a small town with narrow streets, parking might be difficult but host helped us, we were lucky and had a free parking spot right on the corner. Host is really friendly and helpful, absolutely good choice and cheap price, especially for Dubrovnik.

Really nice room, cozy and clean. Host was very helpful and nice ;), willing to share tips on how to get to the center, etc. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for those traveling without a car.

Lage und Abholservice waren sehr gut!

Kommunikation war nicht so gut, da es über eine Agentur und nicht direkt über die Eigentümerin lief. Niemand war zuhause und das Babybett war nicht aufgebaut - wir haben es erst spät am Abend bekommen, selber aufgebaut (kompliziert und laut) und das Baby musste die ersten Stunden in unserem 140cm Bett schlafen - eine zusätzliche Decke wurde uns dann in den Flur gelegt, wir haben sie jedoch nicht gesehen und wurden nicht informiert. Die Haustür und Zimmer standen offen als wir ankamen, war aber auch ok, da wir vorab informiert waren. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für dreiköpfige Familie.

La cama era comoda y tenia buen aire acondicionado.

La ducha no tragaba el agua. Se inundó varias veces. No habia nevera, con el calor que hacia. No contestaba a los mensajes y habia un cristal roto en la habitación. La unicación estaba lejos del old town y dificl de encontrar.
