Took Bus #6 Posta Lapad to Pile Gate (12 min ride) for 1.75 euros going and 2.5 euros to come back.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and bed was comfy.

Walking back uphill for 13 minutes from restaurants and bus to get to Pile Gate 1 (Old Town) but many locations throughout Croatia are like this. You pay more to be by the waterfront.

Nice host and good location, but the apartment did not fully live up to expectatio

The location was good and the host was very kind. We also got the two double beds we had requested, which was great.

The room was much smaller than in the pictures and not very clean. There was no space at all, so we even had to put our suitcases on the bed to open them and there wasn’t a trash bin. The duvet covers had hair from previous guests, which was unpleasant. The bathroom also got very damp after showering, even with the window open.

Great stay in Dubrovnik

Very quiet and safe area, easily reachable with Bus 6 to the old town. I appreciated my stay there and would recommend it for solo traveler like me. There are 3 rooms in the stay and didn't hear my flatmate so I believe it is a quiet place.

First, I arrived a little early and the host allowed me to check-in a couple hours beforehand. While I only met her once, she was quick to respond via booking.com when I had a question. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Of all the apartments I’ve stayed at on this long vacation, this apartment was the nicest, the room and the grounds. It was well kept. The bus stop was a 5-minute walk and Old Town was a straight shot for about 15 minutes.

There was nothing not to like.

A fabulous place to visit

A great location close to bus stop and Sunset beach a gorgeous spot which also has a nice strip with restaurants/eateries both about a 5/10 minute walk There is a small supermarket just 2 minutes around the corner which is very convenient

We had the best time in Dubrovnik

We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik. The room was very clean and perfect for this kind of vacation. We were walking a lot and exploring the city and different beaches. The room had enough storage and even a small refrigerator. The location of the house is in a more quite area I would say but still close to all the restaurants and beaches. Only to visit the old town you have to take the bus but it’s cheap and not far away. To be honest I was really happy that we weren’t staying in the area around the old town because even in June it was really crowded there. The hosts are very friendly and took their time to give us the best advice on what to see and where to eat in Dubrovnik. I would really recommend staying here and I am looking forward to come back!

It really was the best value. Very inexpensive but it had all the basic needs. Good AC, good wifi, very clean, we had our own bathroom. Would recommend

Location was 1.4 km walk from sunset beach but far enough from old town. But that's why it was inexpensive

Great location, great value for money

Fantastic stay, great location to the old town, bars and shops are plenty around the area, the host franica is a lovely lady she makes you feel welcome, we had transfers to and from airport, we would definitely stay again and I highly recommend, they let us leave our suitcases on site and we could use there bathroom to freshen up before we left for the airport.

The hosts were very friendly and the room was very clean. The location was very. A short bus ride to the old town and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The air conditioning in the room was not very good. The room was a little bit on the small side.

Quiet comfortable oasis away from crowds

Host was super helpful and responsive - our bus broke down and we ended up arriving outside of checkin hours but they arranged a self check in. Room was quiet, clean and had aircon and a fridge. Location is a bit further but for the price it was more than worth it as it was just 6 euros for an Uber to old town.

Exceptional for a few nights in Dubrovnik

Modern and clean room with comfortable beds. It was very hot (we travelled in July) and so the air conditioning in the room was a life saver.

Good place for a short Dubrovnik vacation

We liked the bed - it was big and comfortable. Host was very helpful and nice. Our room was cleaned everyday by the staff. Overall very solid place for a city break in Dubrovnik

The owner of the guest house was already waiting outside and showed us the parking spot. There were a lot of toys in the garden to the amusement of our son. We had some issues on the road with our car and the hosts didn‘t hesitate to help. A few phone calls later and we could fix it. The owners are very warm hearted people we felt immediatly at home. thank you again

a bit out of the way from the main areas

figs were offered to us by the older lady and they were lovely

lack of communication asked for the wifi details by message as we were arriving back at tte hotel late in the evening. was just told that they were in the room. got back to no details. it was late and we didn’t know where to find the owner. second day, asked again when we were away by email. told the same. again, nothing in the room. no one around to ask.
