A great stay!

Great location! Within walking distance from a wonderful beach, a grocery store, and a laundromat. The rooms are below street level, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful flowers and fruit trees outside of our room. The room was clean and modern. Very kind cleaning lady, too 😊

I would happily return

The most friendly and helpful people we have met. Helped me out with a puncture on my Vespa by sorting out a local repair The room although basic had everything we needed, a great shower and comfy bed. Easy access to bus to Old Town and lots of restaurants etc within a quick stroll. I would not hesitate to return or recommend

Good valuee for money, easy communication with landlord.

It was very clean, easy to find by Uber, comfortable and close to a good supermarket and other shops for coffees or drinks. Only 3 minutes walk to a bus stop. Bus n6 can take you to the Old Town and 7 minutes walking to the nearest beach. The table and chairs outside was nice too.

The acoustic insulation wasn’t good as we could listen people making noise in next room or someone playing ball in it. I think behind the closet the wall was very thin. Noise came through there.

Nice apartment

The host is nice, location is good near to the beach, there is bus going to the old town, take Uber to bus terminal around 6 Euro only。

Everything are ok except the WiFi, very weak, at the end I used my own internet

Great value room, helpful host

Room was comfortable and clean. Good location, close to lapad beach and a bus ride from old town. There was a washing machine and outdoor space to hang clothes. The outdoor table and chairs was wonderful in the spring weather. Niksa was very kind in helping us jump start our car when leaving as it had a flat battery.

I would stay again ! It is a cozy and clean room

Everything excellent very clean and comfy. It is located in a different area however the beach is 5 min walking ( very nice beach) and if you take a bus number 6 or 4 you get the old town in less than 10 minutes .

Very good place! I'd stay here again if I come back to Dubrovnik.

I had a very good expérience. I was expecting an old room (as I saw in some pictures) but I was surprised when I arrived and saw a morden and recently furnished room and bathroom. Everything was very clean! And the lady who was around the room (she might live or work there) was very friendly even if she couldnt speak English. The bed was confortable, the air-conditioning was working perfectly well. The bathroom was clean and hot water was running perfectly well also. I really enjoyed my time in this room. You have restaurants and markets near the room which is very helpful.

The location, if you dont have a car, is not the best as you have to take the bus to reach downtown and the bus service in Dubrovnik is quite horrible. And there was someone doing laundry at 10:30pm this was a bit annoying.

Easy parking, very quiet neighbourhood, spacious with cute little table on the garden and good wifi.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was not well isolated by adjacent rooms.

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful host. Even though she didn't speak English, we managed to communicate well. Everything was very clean and it's true that the bathroom is across the hallway but the whole area is private. Private parking included. We went with bicycles from the apartment to the old Town and it took around 10 min. We could even store the bicycles in the hallway at night.

Marija makes the place come alive

Marija is a delight, she takes the idea of communication and makes it her art form. She is fantastic. The location is also great, right next to Sunset Beach, and a quick half hour walk or five minute bus ride from the Old City. You can relax out front of the place without worry, and it is close to a Tommy's (local supermarket). Wifi is awesome, fast and very stable. You can meet locals in the streets and establishments as the house is in a mixed residential area.

Super cozy place with everything you need, and best value for your money.

Maria, our host, was so sweet, she waited for us on the street upon arrival to show us where the private lot was. She brought some grapes to welcome us, which were really delicious! The room is spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location is quiet, and away from the city, but close to public bus stations to get to the old town, as well as restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. There is a washing machine, so it was nice since we were staying for several days. there is a patio with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors with a coffee or tea, or meal. We loved it there, and would come back next time we're in Dubovnik!

Nothing really. There were 2 sets of tables and chairs (one for outdoors and one breakfast/bar style) inside the room we stayed in, which I thought was a bit excessive for 2 people. One set would be enough and would have more open space for the room.

Everything is very nice. The room is clean, comfortable, near to the beach where you can swim and enjoy the sea and sunshine. Especially, the owner is sooo kind and response quickly. Due to the bus delay for almost three hours, we arrived at midnight maybe after 2.30pm. Mrs. Maria was still waiting for us and gave us a bowl of cookies surprisingly after helped us checkin. We did appreciate it cuz we was indeed hungry at that moment lol..

the accomodation was close to the beach and the bus station to go to the old town. top-notch welcome and the hosts were very helpful and accomodative. I fully recommend this rooms for vacation in Dubrovnik.

Good price/value proposition but not for a long stay

It was clean, Mrs. Mary was kind to us and helped where possible.

A little free space in the room, no waste bin, very limited amount of a kitchen equipment, the toilet leaks.

let's be real - Maria makes this place so wonderful and welcoming, we felt like we're at home. The room was good, there's everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Private parking is a plus, easy to find and access. Supermarket, beach and restaurants are at a walking distance.

Very nice and uncomplicated!

Maria is so nice and friendly, she was always there for inquiries and gave us small treats like grapes :) There was also some coffee, tea and sweets when we arrives. We absolutely loved that there were many towels at our disposal, at least 6. And a small area with chairs, table to chill outside and ropes to hang towels, swimming suits etc. for drying. The location is perfect in the sense that there are two bus stops, a supermarket and a nice beach nearby.

Maria doesn't speak English, but generally with Google translate or gestures we could still communicate. There is some cutlery, plates and cups in the room ( which is amazing), but no sponges or dishwashing liquids to clean them. Not a necessity, but would have been nice to have :)

The room has everything one may need during a short stay: a fridge, kettle and some basic plates. It was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The host were very nice as well.

Comfortable stay!

Comfortable room, with a strong AC (very much needed) and a nice shower. Kind little offers such as instant coffee, tea and even a small chocolate :) Maria is a very sweet lady. Location is great, a 10min bus ride (bus no. 6) from Pile, Dubrovnik city center, much calmer and also cheaper to eat around. There is also a nice beach 5min walk away (very crowded). Very happy with our choice, would definitely come back!

The apartment is very close to the beautiful Lapad beach (only about 5 minutes walk), we could also esilly get to the city center by local buses. There is good infrastructure close to the apartment (a lot of restaurants, grocery store). Special thanks to Mrs. Maria for hospitality and feeling like at home. Strongly recommend!

Ficamos hospedados neste local em Dubrovnik e adoramos a experiência! Já na chegada fomos surpreendidos com um ambiente muito cheiroso e extremamente limpo. O banheiro era novinho, muito bem cuidado e o chuveiro excelente, com água quente e boa pressão. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo: há muitos restaurantes por perto, além de a praia ficar a poucos minutos a pé. O acesso à Old Town é muito fácil, com pontos de ônibus bem próximos — em cerca de 10 minutos se chega ao centro histórico. Pelo custo-benefício, foi uma ótima escolha de hospedagem. Com certeza voltaríamos!
