The best place to stay in Dubrovnik is here. The room is perfect, it has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing place. Bed is big and comfortable and you have microwave, stove, fridge and things for cooking. We were a bit afraid because comments said that the bathroom was too small but we found it very comfortable. Location is amazing, 5 minutes walking to an amazing beach, meters to the bus stop and a very nice area where you can access to markets, restaurants and cafes. Host was super kind and friendly.

Large room for 2 close to shops, restaurants and Uvala Lapad Beach

Lovely big room and balcony area. Lady very helpful for my late check in. Everything you need plus some lovely local extras which were very sweet.

It was a little hard to find in the dark; but that was my fault arriving so late - and the lady was very kind of wait up for me and came out to the main path to meet me.

Great Hospitality & Convenience

It was really clean, the lady was beyond hospitable, she made us coffee and a light snack when we had initially arrived and was really helpful. The apartment is also close to everything. There's a beach 5 min walking distance. Supermarket, restaurant (halal) and bus stop to old town all 5 min from the place. The bathroom is quite small but apart from that this place is amazing.

Like a second home

We had a great stay here! The hostess was absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and truly the best you could ask for. We immediately felt at home thanks to the thoughtful touches: a fridge stocked with water, beers, a basket of fresh fruit, and even homemade brandy. The room itself is small but just right, with a private shower and a nice balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable, with anti-allergic bedding which was a big plus. Another bonus is that the bus stop to the Old Town is right in front of the apartment – super convenient. Highly recommend this place, especially because of the amazing hostess who made our stay extra special!

Amazing apartment

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay for short and long trips. The apartment is located just a five-minute leisurely walk from a beautiful and clean beach and a street with restaurants. Thanks to the nice and kind hostess for her hospitality and care during our trip. I recommend this apartment

Not anything. Might be small, but price too so that is all fine. Airco is good, it is clean, nice close to the beach. They gave us a free coffee when we entered, there were free fruits.. beers.. water. Did not expect this at all. And when we left, they offered us a Coffee again. Really awesome service.

From the actual room, to the neighborhood, to the cleanliless - everything was splendid. However, what did it for my younger sister and I was Marija's hospitality and her will to make our trip as amazing as it can be. She made us meals, coffee and gave us tips on where to go in Dubrovnik. Overall great experience.

Our stay was amazing! We arrived at night and Dragica was waiting for uswirh water, fruits and beer!! Every morning Dragica's mom gave us breakfast for free, and one night she prepared the dinner for us, a delicious chicken with rice! The room was very comfortable with a balcony with a beautiful view to the mountains.Moreover Dragica gifted us an excursion.

Nothing!! but it is good to know that the shower is small, for us it was ok, but maybe for a bigger person it is not so convenient.

We had an informal breakfast every morning. The owners provide parking in the neighboring garden. We had fruit and chocolate in the room + beer in the fridge and grappa. Located close to bus station to the old town.

A perfect host

The host was really friendly, caring and welcoming. She welcomed us with warmth, coffee and brought is breakfast. For a relative expensive city in Croatia this is a good budget option. We liked the location because it's away from the touristic centre and close to supermarkets and the normal life in this popular city. With bus or a nice morning walk your in the centre.

Not that much actually. Maybe a little bit cleaner, but wasn't a big thing. Bed and bathroom were spot on.

The host was very kind, she gave us breakfast and dinner in the room and she helped us getting our luggages inside. The apartment is new, clean, modern, it has everything you need! There is a little balcony and the view is on the backyard, really nice. The location was perfect for us, it’s literal in front of the bus stop (number 4) which will take you to the old town in like 10 minutes or less. She helped us finding free parking too and offered us to park in the gazebo of her friend (super comfy parking right up the house, just for us!) Would come come back for sure!

Sehr gastfreundlich

Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden täglich mit frischem Obst versorgt, Kaffee hätten wir auch bekommen können, wenn wir gewollt hätten. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber dennoch gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Außerdem hat man von der Loggia aus einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Der Bus fährt wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ab und ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Chambre propre et spacieuse. On y trouve une petite terrasse fermée, équipements de cuisines simples pour petits plats, frigo, Clim. Chambre calme et confortable, on y a bien dormi. Situé à deux pas de l'arrêt de bus de la ligne 4, très pratique. À proximité d'une supermarché Tommy et de la belle plage de Lapad. Petites boissons fraîches et friandises mises à disposition pour les petits plaisirs.

Mukava ja edullinen asunto Dubrovnikissa.

Pieni, mukava ja puhdas asunto. Ihana 160 cm leveä sänky. Jääkaapissa oli vesipullo ja pari olutta, pöydällä hedelmiä ja karkkia ja neskahvia. Ystävällinen emäntä tarjosi myös aamukahvin. Ja muutakin syötävää; yhtenä päivänä piirakkaa ja toisena päivänä kanakeittoa. Todella ystävällistä. Kylpyhuoneessa oli shampoota ja hoitoainetta ja suihkugeeliä. Tulin kentältä Uberilla, maksoi 25 €. Paluumatka kentälle Boltilla 22€.

Pieni ongelma oli se, että annettu puhelinnumero ei ollut toiminnassa. Mutta chättäämällä ja google translaten avulla siitäkin selvittiin oikein hyvin. Kylpyhuone on todella pieni, mutta toimi hyvin. Tarpeeksi lämmintä vettä ja viemärikin toimi.

Excelente experiencia en Dubrovnik- Lapad

Es una gran opción de alojamiento y su anfitriona es una persona encantadora. Todo limpio, ordenado y en excelente estado. La cama es muy cómoda lo que permite un muy buen descanso. La ubicación es super buena y es muy fácil llegar con el autobús 4 que te deja a sólo unos pasos. Muy cerca (6 a 8 minutos) hay supermercados, restaurantes, lavanderia. La playa la encuentras a tan sólo 6 minutos caminando. Como bonus, la dueña tiene una huerta de tomates y están deliciosos! Ella es muy amable y te espera con agua fría, cerveza, te o café y fruta.

Hay bus desde el aeropuerto. Luego tomar bus número 4. La parada está atravesando casco histórico.

La ubicación, limpieza, atención y amabilidad de la dueña. Nos pareció un lugar seguro. Cerca se encuentra la playa y muchos bares y restoranes.

Mayores indicaciones para ubicar el alojamiento. Tener en cuenta que el baño es pequeño.

Buen alojamiento para visitar Dubrovnik

La habitación es bonita, silenciosa y bien decorada. Tiene nevera, secador de pelo y microondas y la propietaria te deja fruta, caramelos y licor casero. El lavabo es muy funcional, se aprovecha bien cada espacio. Al lado de la habitación hay un cerramiento que contiene un mueble con cubiertos y mantel, un fogón portátil eléctrico, una mesa con dos sillas y cuerdas para tender la ropa. La propietaria no habla inglés pero se hace entender y es muy amable.

La ubicación aunque lejana tiene cerca supermercados, playa y restaurantes y la parada del autobús 4 esta muy cerca para llevarte al casco antiguo de la ciudad.

Todo estuvo excelente, la atencion de la sra. Dragica te hace sentirte en tu casa y en familia, la ubicación, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario y hasta un extra para que disfrutes de tu estancia en Dubrovnik. Volveré a quedarme aquí cada vez que visite Dubrovnik.

Room Dragica oli todella siisti. Sijainti oli vielä loistavampi kuin mitä osasimme odottaa. Bussi vanhaan kaupunkiin meni aivan vierestä, myös iso ruokakauppa oli lähellä. Lopadin uimarannalle ja rantapromenadille oli vain lyhyt kävelymatka. Lähellä oli myös paljon ravintoloita. Emäntä oli niin ystävällinen ja saimme jopa pientä ruokatarjoilua vaikka emme sitä odottaneet. Todella hyvää vastinetta rahoille, suosittelemme lämpimästi!

Uroczy, mały, czyściutki pokój w bloku w własną łazienką.

Gospodyni jest cudowną, miłą i gościnną osobą. Poczęstowała nas pysznymi pomidorami z przydomowego ogródka! W pokoju na półce stała buteleczka z domową rakiją do spróbowania! Czekał na nas również kosz z owocami, cukierki, a w lodówce zimne piwo i woda! Była dostępna też kawa rozpuszczalna i mleko. Do dyspozycji mały balkon z widokiem na ogród. Pokój zlokalizowany na drugim piętrze. Klimatyzacja i wifi działały bez zastrzeżeń. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy zostawić nasze bagaże. Bardzo wygodny materac!

Pokój był dość mały. Ale nie było to żadnym problemem. W pierwszej chwili nie mogliśmy trafić do pokoju ale życzliwa sąsiadka nam pomogła i wskazała gdzie mamy się udać.

Estancia muy agradable en pareja

La señora que lleva la habitación es suprer agradable, nos recibió con algo de merienda, en la habitación había fruta variada y cafe/te para poder tomártelo. Estuvo súper atenta a nuestra llegada, nos ayudo para poder aparcar el coche. La cama es grande y bastante cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena, a 2 minutos hay una parada de autobús que te deja en old town, la playa está a 5 minutos andando y el supermercado lo mismo.

Nos gustó todo mucho.

Schönes Zimmer um Dubrovnik zu erkunden mit besonders netten Gastgebern

Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett! Es wurde sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben: Kaffee zur Begrüßung inkl. Gebäck, frisches Obst, kaltes Bier im Kühlschrank, Wasser, homemade Brandy, Reisetipps…). Das Zimmer ist kein und besonders das Bad :D aber für uns war es vollkommen ausreichend. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke und alle 15 Minuten fährt ein Bus in die Altstadt. Zum Stand sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten die Straße runter. Das Haus hat uns von außer erst etwas abgeschreckt, aber die Wohnung ist sehr sauer und einladend. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze sind in der Nebenstraße vorhanden. Wir hatten Glück und haben direkt einen bekommen.

Es war leider etwas schwierig zu finden und unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer haben wir niemanden erreicht
