The breakfast was lovely as was the lovely lady who served it.
Christina at the pool bar was exceptional and made the best cocktails.
Nothing to much trouble.
The cleaners and of course the managers were fabulous.
Slept so well as the beds were so comfy,fresh towels and bedding all through the ten days we stayed.

Very friendly staff and proximity to the beach, restaurants and bus stop to chania.

Hotel is located close to several beaches. It is also about 5 km from the city center and also near bus stops. Additionally, it is near a parking area.
Lastly, the hotel has a medium-sized swimming pool.
The room was very old – calling it “traditional” was a clever!
The bathroom was dirty and full of flies. The tub was so small that it made me feel claustrophic, between walls and a filthy shower curtain. When showering, bubbles started coming out of the floor drain.
The air conditioner was outdated and leaking when we arrived, though they did fix it quickly.
There was a lot of noise early in the morning, which made it hard to sleep.
One day, even though we had hung the sign requesting cleaning, no one came. Ironically, they came to clean just 30 minutes before our checkout on the last day.
