Flamingos Hotel Apartments by GHH

I really do like the property because it’s close to our favourite beach. I like how it is built and, looks like all room has a good view it’s either by the swimming pool or the garden. Swimming pool was big enough. And they have a bar by the pool where you can order snacks and drinks. One lady was very friendly even though she couldn’t speak much English.

What I didn’t like about it is, that the aircondition in the living room was place too high on walls that it couldn’t cool-down the whole living room. So my son that slept in the living room couldn’t have a good night sleep. Plus it gets pretty light early in the morning because it has a windows high up on the walls without blinds or curtains. Door in the bathroom has to slammed it just to close it. Trashcans in the toilet makes too much noise every time you throw a garbage. Some furniture was a little outdated. But we didn’t mind because it was clean anyway. Some of the employees looks very unfriendly or maybe unhappy.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location close to the beach. Very good pet friendly hotel. Nice amenities around and fast access to Chania city

Rooms are spacious but dark, with old furniture

Location is great, close to 3 different beaches and the bus stop to Chania old town. Room is big and clean.

Breakfast is not my taste.

Hotel is located close to several beaches. It is also about 5 km from the city center and also near bus stops. Additionally, it is near a parking area. Lastly, the hotel has a medium-sized swimming pool.

The room was very old – calling it “traditional” was a clever! The bathroom was dirty and full of flies. The tub was so small that it made me feel claustrophic, between walls and a filthy shower curtain. When showering, bubbles started coming out of the floor drain. The air conditioner was outdated and leaking when we arrived, though they did fix it quickly. There was a lot of noise early in the morning, which made it hard to sleep. One day, even though we had hung the sign requesting cleaning, no one came. Ironically, they came to clean just 30 minutes before our checkout on the last day.
