Fantastic location, right in the old town and a few minutes walk to the old port, or wonder the lovely lanes. There is an excellent cozy bar opposite that has great live music on a Wednesday evening!

Marie was so helpful in meeting us at our vehicle to help us bring luggage to the hotel and to our room. She was so helpful, friendly, and acted like it was just a part of her job. She went above and beyond! Breakfast was bountiful and delicious! And such a gorgeous setting!
You need to be physically fit to go up the stairs as this is an old building and there is no elevator. Worth staying in a 800 year old building!

Everything about the property was fantastic. A true gem. Maria and the chef were so gracious and helped ensure all was taken care of. Plus the chef organizes a beautiful breakfast buffet.

Great location in the old city of Chania. Ancient building that’s been updated over the centuries. Good breakfast.
No elevator. Unpardonable not to highlight this omission, since accessing the first floor of bedrooms involves two very steep flights of stairs. And the third floor is one more spiral staircase up. Not easy with luggage. Ancient electrics meant that heating did not work, so we froze at night. Also non-working TV.
