Hotel Off

The staff are friendly, proactive and available. Felt very safe and comfortable. Loved the location - walking distance to everything. Breakfast had a great selection and very tasty. Beautiful room, well designed and comfortable. Loved the private hammam.

The only thing is the noise from outside at night but it's only a small detail which wasn't a huge issue as I could sleep with no issue. Lots of stairs to get up to my room but also not a problem if you are able to walk.

Beautiful location and set up !!

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived late at night and they arranged a taxi to collect us. The room was perfect and we got the most pleasant surprise when we got up in the morning and had breakfast in the most beautiful courtyard (it's even better than the pictures!). The small details were really appreciated such as the beach towels and the mini bar (water and soft drinks) being refreshed each day. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you again and we will definitely be back!

Nothing - it was perfect!

Great location in the old city of Chania. Ancient building that’s been updated over the centuries. Good breakfast.

No elevator. Unpardonable not to highlight this omission, since accessing the first floor of bedrooms involves two very steep flights of stairs. And the third floor is one more spiral staircase up. Not easy with luggage. Ancient electrics meant that heating did not work, so we froze at night. Also non-working TV.
