Everything - closeness of room to the Harbour and the view from the room window. Busy location but good sound proofing in the room. The Harbour area in general was very clean and tidy.
Chef adapted to our Breakfast requirements due to one fussy eater.
Staff friendly and helpful, with knowledge of the area and locations of interest.
Could do with a handrail to assist getting out of the deep bath.

Loved the location overlooking the harbour in the old town - with everything just a few steps away.
Helena on reception was so friendly and always happy to advise on activities/ destinations.
Breakfast was included and the yogurt bowl was absolutely delicious.
The top step between the bedroom and kitchen area could be a little tricky especially when visiting the bathroom at night.

Well equipped room with tasty snacks and drinks and comfy bed. Good double glazing shuts out noise from the busy harbour area.
Perfect balcony to perch on and watch all the comings and goings of the lively harbour area.
Perfect location for enjoying the old town of Chania.
Excellent restaurant at the hotel with enormous breakfasts of delicious local produce.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful and told us about a local parade which we thoroughly enjoyed.
