Nice hotel on the edge of town.

Clean, comfortable room, large bathroom and shower and nice sea view balcony. Great buffet breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold options, breads, cereals, coffee etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed once during our 4 night stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the edge of town, (a 10-15 minute walk depending on which route we took) great for us, but not for those with mobility problems.

The breakfast was plentiful, but the hot selection was only warm and sometimes cold. Although not the fault of the hotel, the beach was not particularly attractive.

We were so surprised by this small family owned hotel. The breakfast here was better than the breakfast we had at 5 star all inclusive. Ingredients were of very high quality, and although there was less variety everything was so delicious. Our room was cleaned with so much care every day, we truly felt taken care of, and on vacation. Having breakfast right next to the sea was amazing. Quiet, delicious, great value for the price, super clean, romantic.

Great location and cosy rooms

The location is great, with their own beach spot, sun-beds, umbrellas, shower. Stadium is nearby, so you can do sports or run, if needed. The staff is very friendly, helpful and super welcoming - they have advised what to visit, where to eat, also gave us to use their umbrellas. The breakfast was great - homemade dishes, delicious desserts, with the sea view on their terrace and friendly cats.

We were really happy and Galini Beach was our pick in Kissamos for two years in a row

Breakfast was really nice especially the 3 cheese pies, it's a bit more on the sweet end (many choices of pies tarts etc.) You can enjoy the front beach in both windy and calm weather. Public running track next to the hotel is amazing, one can run in the morning and dip in the water before the breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance to the taverna street in the coastline.

Nice comfortable and familian hotel, great position for the most beautiful Cretan beaches

The staff was very friendly and open to help anytime, they helped with lots of advice on where to go (thanks again to the breakfast man). The room was very confortable, we had the one with big balcony and sea view. Breakfast is nice, the offer is complete from sweet to salty options, very small day-to-day variations but everything is really fresh and homemade! There is also a big parking at the entrance, so very useful if you have a car.

Great position to visit the most beautiful beaches of Crete, but do not expect a lot of party in Kissamos city, it is a great city to relax and chill.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The hotel is right in front of the sea, you can hear the sound of waves while you sleep like a lullaby and you'll have breakfast with a stunning view. It is located approximately 5 min walk from a nice street with all the restaurants. The staff is great, everyone really nice, special mention to the girl who works in the afternoon, Irini, who was always extra lovely and was helpful when my boyfriend had high temperature. It was awesome to have sun umbrellas and deck chairs in a beach right in front of the hotel, for when we didn't want to reach other locations.

We would suggest to update the shower which could be more modern, but it worked fine without any issue anyway.

The breakfast was incredible, everything was freshly made and delicious, and you can have breakfast facing the sea. The hotel is located on a very quiet beach, not scenic but spacious and clean.

The hotel needs update on providing food, snacks, drinks beside the basic breakfast. Thanks God there was the hotel nearby where we could get sandwiches, drinks, lunch at 2023 standards.

Great location for relaxing on the beach.

Great location, right on the beach, with a large terrace, free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests. Free parking at the property. Clean rooms and bathrooms, confortable bed and a very useful balcony. Extremely nice staff, friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet area, at a few minutes walk from tavernas and bars at the seaside, 10 minutes walk to the small but pitoresque center of Kissamos.

Best located to visit the southwest beaches ... the staff Is extremely kind and present ... breakfast was the best way to start the day ... George your orange pie is a real masterpiece !

1. It would be great to have more accessories in the room kitchen (even basic as knifes, forks, spoons, plates etc.) so one can do a fresh salat when return in the evening to the room. 2. I really like the environmental (and of course economical) measure that when some outdoor door or windows are open, it will cut out power from the AC and if you unplug the card from the on-wall holder, it will shutdown the power-plugs. But it would be nice if the plug for the refrigerator has exception for this - if you are all day out, in the evening things you want to keep it cool are really not and can easily get spoiled :(. And also, this turning on and off is really not good for the compressors so it can shorten the lifetime of the refrigerators.

Overall it was a nice stay.

It has an amazing view and a comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was amazing. They even packed us breakfast to-go which was really nice. The city centre is close by and has nearly everything you need for a nice stay.

The air conditioners in the room was not working properly and shower area was too tiny. Just a suggestion, they could offer some kitchen services like a bar for the rest of the day to chill at the beach.

Amazing

We originally planned to stay one night …but we loved it so much we stayed an extra 3 nights . Staff were more than great making us feel welcome and comfortable we even got some packed take away cake from Giorgios for our leaving journey. So totally recommend and the location was too to see beaches close by Falasarna and Elafonissi etc . The restaurants close by were also really good . Thank you to all staff for our wonderful stay .

The hotel is cast away from everything However, it does not mean it is quiet: it is stuck between an all-in with music and noise in the swimming pool all day long, and the stadium, with more noise and whistles and everything the whole afternoon until late Is is 10 minutes walking from the inhabited part if the beach but for the most of it there is not even street lights. There were some sheep grazing nearby

Excellent stay

I thoroughly recommend this warm-welcoming hotel. The staff is keen and helpful. Ideal location to explore western Crete. Set on a quiet place by the sea, many taverns on the shore and Kissamos' centre can be reached by foot. Rooms are perfectly clean. Excellent breakfast.

Wonderful views - Comfortable rooms - West beaches are wonderful - Kissamos is a little pearl with delicious views and restaurants - Special breakfast and especially unique hosts (Irina and on top Georgios provided us with any information and help we needed during the whole stay), you really feel like home!
