Not quite what we expected.

Location. Well equipped. Parking outside was not a problem. Basics like salt pepper and olive oil provided.

Apartment effectively in a basement. Felt damp in bedroom. No view at all through the one window. If you are claustrophobic, you may want to check which apartment you are getting before paying. The pool is really small and not suitable for swimming.

A beautiful apartment and our family really enjoyed our stay

The large spacious apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The outside area is spacious and a lovely place to sit and relax. The welcome pack was very nice touch

As it is a residential area we were kept awake by dog barking but this is out of hosts control. We also did not like that we could not use the pool between 2pm and 5pm. Also we had a late flt and no baggage storage was available. But we found the hostel close by was happy to store our cases.

A stylish, well-equipped apartment, making it a perfect stay near Crete’s pink sand beaches.

The apartment was simply wow – you could easily live there for an entire week as it has everything you need: a washing machine with capsules, sandwich maker, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishes, and a fridge. Outside, there’s a beautifully lit pool with access until 9 PM. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bonus welcome package with a melon, all the essentials for breakfast, two small bottles of Greek wine, a delicious 1L juice, a bottle of cold water, a huge cake, and olive oil breadsticks – even though breakfast wasn’t mentioned on Booking. Everything is cozy, stylish, and branded with “JT,” their initials. Exceptional! I highly recommend it to anyone, especially since it’s only one hour from Elafonissi Beach and 30 minutes from Phalasarna Beach, both famous for their pink sand. Bravo – this is how tourism should be done!

The apartment matched the photos and was as expected. It’s in a convenient location, not far from the beach and close to shops.

The host sent me a message saying that the towels had changed color because I washed them at 60°C, which isn’t true — the towels were white. I believe the real issue might have been related to electricity usage or concerns about the washing machine, at least I hope so. In any case, I find it quite concerning to discourage washing towels at a proper temperature in a rental apartment that is used by many different guests. Also, the cleaning lady didn’t seem to be there to clean. Instead, she came by just to look around, and it was hard to tell whether any cleaning had actually been done. She even waited for the washing machine to finish so she could check the towels and other laundry I had done — something I had never asked for, and which felt like an invasion of privacy. Lastly, hot water was mostly available in the afternoon or evening, but there was very little in the morning, so I had to shower with cold water.

A fantastic week in Crete

We stayed in the apartment 5 for a week and everything was excellent! The apartment is comfortable and close to the most famous beaches in Crete. The city center is just a short walk away and parking is very easy to find. Rena was very welcoming, courteous, and always available for any need! I highly recommend it! Thanks again for everything!

Perfect getaway

Do you ever get that feeling that you enter your holiday stay and you’re like: “this is better than my home!”. JT Apartments is exactly that. The owners made the whole apartment as comfortable as it could be. The bed is super comfortable (including the pillows that until today I’m dreaming of) and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stocked fridge. It’s like coming home. The owners give you all the privacy you need but are still available for anything else you could possibly want. You can see they care about their property!

Self check in is very comfortable yet I missed the opportunity of meeting the owners.

The perfect apartment

The apartment is just perfect. It's one of 5 units in a recently renovated home. The room is super spacious with a living room, a nicely furnished bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you can need if you want to cook at home, there is a Nescaffè Dolce Gusto coffee machine with provided pods. We even found fruit, ham and cheese, wine and a breakfast cake in the fridge the host left for us in the fridge! There is also a nice pool with sunbeds in the back of the building. The apartment is also just 5 minutes away from the town centre.

Everything about the apartment was fabulous, particularly the staff. The Welcome Pack was the best we ever had and if you checked in late at night you could have made a basic meal and had everything you needed until the morning. The flat was super clean and in a great location. Quiet but central. The pool area was so relaxing and we spent most of our time there. The only thing that was missing was a sharp knife but easily rectified. Would definitely recommend it and hopefully return. 5 stars easily ****'

Vacation on Crete

The apartment is very new, comfortable and has all necessary facilities to enjoy vacation time. Each bedroom had its dedicated bathroom which gives flexibility for the guests, all rooms had independent air conditioners, kitchen was equipped with everything required to prepare meals.......and at the arrival there was a "welcome" wine bottle with fruits which created unique and memorable experience for us. Rena as the owner of the apartment was very responsive to each question and helpful with all kinds of requests. I can certainly recommend this place for other guests with groups of 6+ persons.

During our second visit, we had the pleasure of staying with a group of seven people in a spacious apartment upstairs. The entire floor was exclusively for us, providing a comfortable and private experience. The apartment featured two bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and a convenient hairdryer. Additionally, two other rooms had a shared bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and a hairdryer. The rooms were thoughtfully furnished, each boasting a large bed, a new and pleasant air conditioning system. The cozy ambiance extended to the shared salon, where a well-equipped kitchen awaited us. We had access to a coffee machine, toaster, contact grill, and other essential kitchen tools. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find some provisions in the fridge, including bread, cheese, ham, and a delicious cake for dessert. Such thoughtful touches added to the overall comfort of our stay. The living room featured a smart TV, which allowed us to enjoy watching YouTube, Netflix, or any content of our choice in our preferred language. Additionally, the apartment's highlight was the huge terrace, offering a perfect setting for breakfast and dinner with its dining table accommodating eight people. For leisurely moments, the terrace also had a lounge area with comfortable chairs and a coffee table. Furthermore, the apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, and hairdryers in the bathrooms, ensuring a stress-free and convenient stay. The accommodation was particularly ideal for a group of people looking to spend quality time together while also having enough space for individual privacy. Notably, each room was equipped with a TV, ensuring everyone could enjoy their favorite shows or movies. Lastly, for some relaxation and cooling down, we could enjoy a small swimming pool downstairs. Although not huge, it provided a refreshing break from the warm weather.

Good apartment but not for a whole week..

- good communication with the host - fast check-in - fast WIFI - washing mashine and dishwasher available - apartement is modern furnished - pool with chairs to relax - the fridge was stocked with some foods, fresh fruits and drinks, which is very kind - everything was clean, towels can be changed every time - the apartment is close to the beach (5 min) and to the supermarket and bus station (3 min)

- you should be careful which apartment you book. unfortunately we booked the wrong one. Ours had only two small windows in the kitchen, only one of them had a mosquito net. bedroom and bathroom are WITHOUT windows. we couldn't use the door to air the apartement, because the door had no mosquito net. So we only had one window that we could really use for ventilation and that's not enough. the bedroom and livingroom had an air conditioning systemü, but we could only use one because the other one really stunk.. so for a whole week, it was not the perfect apartment; for some days it is okay. we asked for an other apartment but unfortunately they were fully booked. so book your apartement for your vacation wisely. - kitchen is not really good equipped. dishes are only available four times, so you have to use the dishwasher every day, which is not really environmentally friendly - you have to put the key in a box to have electricity in the apartment. if you go outside and take the key with you, all electronics will turn off (except the fridge). that means that you always have to be in the apartment for a few hours when the washing machine or dishwasher is on. this should definitely be organized differently.. - some real plants at the pool area would make it more cozy - apartment doorknob is broken, doesn't work properly and has to be fixed
