Not worth the money, would not repeat.

The outside space was nice, and right next to the beach.

It was very noisy, a little smelly, and the staff were not very nice or accommodating. Looked much better in photos too. Breakfast was not very tasty at all.

Worst breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel, apart from sleeping at over 10 hotels per year with different star ranking 3-5 in 99% of the cases, this 4-star hotel offered the worst breakfast. The pool was not clean and there was mould.

Lovely hotel, good views and good value. Be prepared to get up early for a sunbed.

The view of the beach from the pool is beautiful especially at sunset. Beachside breakfast tables are a much nicer option than the breakfast room. Breakfast is good enough but not great. Old Town is an easy 20 minute walk. Rethymno bus station is an easy 8-10 minute walk.

Water in the rooms was only supplied on arrival day and then no more was given. Competitive sunbed situation with people reserving from around 7am but then not using the sunbeds until hours later. This meant we had to wake up early every day of our holiday to ensure a sunbed.

The room was lovely, offering a beautiful view of the pool and beach, with the added benefit of private access. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to the city while still providing a relaxing atmosphere

Perfect Hotel

Hotel was spotless, great location - right by the beach and it was only a 20 minute walk into the old town, the pool was lovely and they had all the facilities that were needed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was the perfect first holiday and we would definitely go back!

A youth hostel feel that’s trying to be up market.

The split flooring was nice. The fort in the town was lovely and worth the visit as was the restaurant on the seafront.

On arrival the receptionist was on the phone, she did not make eye contact or acknowledge our arrival. The aircon in our room was not very good and it dripped on the sofa bed. As the main bed was in the top area it was so hot I could not sleep. The location is in the tatty end of town with a lot of bad graffiti and rubble so the walk into town was not pleasant.

Lovely hotel with private beach! Breakfast was great, swimming pool also and we loved it!

Family room is too small for big family as ours but anyway I think that hotel is great value for money and I would choose it again! Restaurant is in the basement but you can have breakfast outside with a beach view and we did it every morning! No private parking but there is a free one near (5 min walk)

The view is great, right at the seefront, steps away from Rethymno town! Lovely staff!

Comfortable stay near the beach

It was a really comfortable stay. The breakfast was really good, the room has a beautiful view of the beach and the pool was nice with comfortable places to be in and good views. They has parking to park our car. In overall, they give us good service in our stay and we were really happy. Also, it has a nice restaurant named "Cavo" near to the hotel and by car, it's near to the port.

They were remodeling so the bathroom was really small and it was like an oven due to the heat.

Breakfast was pretty good. Didn't spend much time at the beach/chairs, too windy.

Feeling got catfished. The rooms in reality are old, poor renovated, and not maintain well. Moldy smell all over inside the room. The AC was leaking on the first night of our stay while the water marks on the wall & a picture underneath itself were evidences that not the first time. Eventually got room changed to smaller one but with half sea-view. The dressing table was not mounted well on the wall, repainted closet with colorful plastic hangers, rusty sink, old fridge but works. I got bedbug bites all over at the end of the trip.

Good for the price you pay

Staff very nice, they changed our reservation for free even if it was non refundable. Pool for kids available, beach in front of hotel, beach towels available at the reception.

If you get a room to the street it is very noisy and you have to close the door and turn the AC on all night long, which was not a good idea. Room also small and with baby cot you do not have place to move. Definetly for babies you need a bigger room. Small shower bath.

Das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick war zauberhaft. Die Strandlage und der Pool waren perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. In die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Das Frühstück ist nicht üppig aber absolut ausreichend.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και όμορφο ότι πρέπει για 1 ζευγάρι με θέα μπροστά στην θάλασσα κ στην πισίνα ,το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό.

Στο πρωινό όταν κατεβήκαμε γύρω στις 10 ,γιατί ήταν ως τις 10:30 είχαν τελειώσει αρκετά πράγματα κ δεν τα είχαν αντικαταστήσει που θα έπρεπε.

Leuk klein hotel direct aan het strand en op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Fijne kamer met goede bedden en een goede douche. Personeel deed er alles aan om het je naar je zin te laten hebben. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en een opgemaakt bed. Parkeerplaats voor auto op 250 meter afstand van het hotel.

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, zonder oordoppen kan je hinder hebben van het verkeer. De gang is een klankkast waardoor je alle geluiden op de gang goed hoort. Het strand heeft veel grote stenen, waardoor je waterschoenen nodig hebt om enigszins makkelijk het water in te kunnen. Het strand is ook niet heel schoon, redelijk wat plastic en ander klein afval. Het ontbijt is heel simpel en iedere dag, met uitzondering van een ander type ei het zelfde en niet uitgebreid, dat was jammer. De douche werd op momenten heel erg heet waardoor je er niet onder kon blijven staan, met kleine kinderen dus goed opletten. Maar ondanks deze punten hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad.

Très bruyant (pas de trouble vitrage et découpe dans les portes) Pas de commode ou garde robe dans la chambre (nous avons laissé nos vêtements dans la valise) Le personnel pas très agréable et accueillant (il n’y avait pas d’eau dans la salle de bain durant un certain jour, nous avons parlé avec la réception qui ne nous a pas averti spontanément) Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre: peu de choix et produits de très mauvaise qualité, sans saveur. Un jour la machine à café du petit déjeuner était en panne et il nous a été refusé de prendre un café au bar de la piscine. Je pense que c’est le premier hôtel dans lequel il n’y a pas de café disponible au petit déjeuner.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Strandhotel, nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt von Rethymnon entfernt. Zimmer sauber, Badezimmer aber renovierungsbedürftig (verrostete und verkalkte Badarmaturen). Schöne kleine Poolanlage und direkter Strandzugang. Schattige Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bad veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt bräuchte das Hotel ein „Facelifting“.

Die Lage ist top, direkt am Strand außerdem nicht weit in die Stadt!

Am schlimmsten war die Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht man hört Zimmertüren zufallen, die Straße und jegliche andere Geräusche im Hotel. Frühstück wenig Auswahl. Badezimmer nicht sauber. Alles in allem schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage war gut, aber das war auch das einzig positive an diesem Hotel

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe! Alles so schmutzig beim Besteck, und mit Tablett wie in einer Kantine. Absolut kein Urlaubsfeeling und weit weit Weg von 4 Sternen.

Strand vol met stenen en keien , niet netjes gemaakt voor gasten. Poolse gasten leggen ‘s morgens vroeg overal handdoeken. Zwembad bar laat en slecht bemand.
