The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, one of which with hydromassage.

The main balcony is located right opposite to the beach and above the street which in summer is pedestrianized and is the ideal destination for walking or jogging for the young and the old. From up here, you can enjoy the sounds and colors of the city from the comfort of your home.
