Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία μέσα στην παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου πολύ κοντά σε όλα φαγητό καφέ σούπερ μάρκετ μαγαζιά κοντά στην παραλία του Ρεθύμνου .Η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν καταπληκτική με ότι πληροφορία θέλαμε οποιαδήποτε ώρα .Ακομα και κάτι που χρειαστήκαμε 11.30 το βράδυ ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμη
Ήταν ένας όμορφος μικρός χώρος πολύ ζεστός δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, στην καρδιά της πόλης! Τα δωμάτια πολύ προσεγμένα όσον αφορά την ανακαίνιση τους!
Η εμπειρία μας επισκιάστηκε από αρκετά προβλήματα. Αρχικά, η έντονη δυσοσμία στα γύρω στενά επηρέαζε και το δωμάτιό μας, δημιουργώντας μας πολύ κακή εντύπωση, ειδικά από τη στιγμή που δεν υπήρχε επαρκής δυνατότητα να αερίσουμε τον χώρο. Επιπλέον, η καθαριότητα ήταν ελλιπής. Κατά την άφιξή μας, βρήκαμε τρίχες στα μαξιλάρια, στα σεντόνια, καθώς και στο μπάνιο. Το πιο απογοητευτικό, ωστόσο, ήταν η απουσία βασικών ειδών, όπως το χαρτί υγείας. Όταν απευθυνθήκαμε στο προσωπικό για να ζητήσουμε, η πρώτη τους αντίδραση ήταν να μας υποδείξουν ότι πρέπει να το αγοράσουμε εμείς. Αν και τελικά μας έφεραν, θεωρούμε αυτή τη συμπεριφορά και την αντιμετώπιση του πελάτη εντελώς απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική.
