Casale Colle Lupo is a fully renovated and super comfortable holiday villa with full privacy, while also being within walking distance to one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Unlike many other dark and poorly furnished villa's in Italy, Colle Lupo is light and has high standard and design fittings. The property consists of a main house and a guesthouse, as well as a spacious 6x12m private pool with large, VIP sun loungers, umbrella's, an outdoor dining table with chairs, BBQ etc. The grounds are private (2ha) and gated and are easily reached from the village of Panicale where the restaurants and bars for a capuccino or a gelato are a 10-15min walk away. You will love it! The main house with its 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, large living spaces and open kitchen with cooking island, offer the perfect holiday relaxation. It contains all possible comfort with WiFi Internet, Home Cinema surround system, DVD's, book etc. A guesthouse located next to the house and pool, contains an additional double bedroom and bathroom, to provide a total of 8 people accommodation at the property. For guests staying longer than one week, we also provide additional cleaning at the end of each week at a cost of 100 Euros. This is mandatory and involves cleaning the bathrooms and providing new linen.
