Gorgeous property, restored old farm house with beautiful architecture, spacious apartment fitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts are very attentive with the guests. Would love to come back.

Comfortable bed. The main building and area looked lovely but we were in a bit of a building site not far away

The host was absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed having our wine tasting together! The apartment was modern, spacious, and well equipped. The bed was probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! Astrid, the dog on property was also darling!

Air-conditioning needs filter cleaning, there was some smell. The windows really need the net because there is a lot of insects that get into the apartment when the windows are open.

Great price for the stay

Awesome surroundings, very friendly and helpful owner, guided us to all the good places to eat and hang out in the area by providing a very comprehensive list. Extremely quiet and peaceful location in the middle of a 26 hectares ranch. Although breakfast was not included the host told us that it would be ok to come and get a cappuccino and a croissant with no charge.

The wifi didn’t cover the building and the tv had no reception. Could get pretty full of mosquitoes in the evening if the windows are left open. A coffee-pod machine would be great.

An excellent stay near the Lago Trasimeno

The owner was extremely gentle and took care of us to ensure a pleasant stay. She informed us about the surroundings, about the nicest places for dinner around, about the property and our apartment. In our particular case, the owner upgraded for free our booked apartment with a bigger one located in the main facility instead of in the nearby location (OK, probably it was possible because of the low-season, but I appreciated this upgrade a lot. Immediately after booking, she sent us the GPS location for an easy access. The property produces 9 types of fine wines, all available to taste and buy.

This is just a minor issue, that I personally informed about the owner, who promptly answered to take care immediately: the beds had noisy springs. They told me to fix this minor issue quickly.

The warm welcome with unexpected bonus (main building huge apartment in place of the reserved smaller one + free breakfast, which I did not book). The nice owner sent us the gps location for an easier access. Great advice about dinner places and what to visitn nearby. Possibility to taste their wines.

Everything was great! Huge room, clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool and huge garden in the countryside contributes to make it a perfect stay. Super friendly staff and nice breakfast with so many options.

Serenidade, familia, calma e paz!

Propriedade familiar, que recomendo para ter a verdadeira experiência de um wine agriturismo. O apartamento que reservamos era muito bom relação preço/qualidade. Camas confortáveis, casa de banho e cozinhas renovadas e equipadas com todos os essenciais, sala de estar grande, ac em algumas divisões (as que não tinham, têm ventoinha!). Localiza-se numa zona muito calma e bonita (muito perto do lago trasimeno!), que convida a desacelerar, o pequeno almoço é bom. Cortesia da família, foi-nos oferecido um vinho tinto de 2018, que era muito bom!!

Мы приехали не в сезон, и бассейны были закрыты. Вид на винодельню омрачали старые детские качели и недостроенное здание, но через день перестаешь замечать эти детали

Meraviglia

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte, ma torneremo sicuramente per fermarci di più. Tutto stupendo, accoglienza super e tenuta veramente stupenda. Un altra nota di merito la super colazione. Guter Kurzaufenthalt mit stimmigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Einfache, aber durchaus zweckmäßige Unterkunft in guter, wenn vielleicht auch nicht bester Lage. Herzlicher Empfang durch Sabrina. Ausreichend bemessenes, gutes italienisches Frühstück mit Müsli, Croissants, Säften, Ei, Schinken, Käse im Preis inkludiert. Am Abend guter offener Wein und nette Erklärung der Weine erhältlich. Auch eine Weinprobe wäre möglich gewesen. Mit zugesandtem Wegelink auch einfach zu finden, insoweit können wir die kritische Bewertung eines Vorgängers nicht nachvollziehen. Auch der Feldweg zur Dependance ist mit gängigen Fahrzeugen problemlos befahrbar. Gerade entsteht an der Dependance ein eigener Pool. Zum Abschied gab es noch ein Fläschchen Rosé. Insgesamt also absolut akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wollte man länger bleiben, würde man sich vielleicht über etwas mehr Geschirr freuen. Für uns war das aber ein kein Problem.

La struttura è immersa nelle campagne, ma vicino a Castiglione . Buona la colazione, abbondante a buffet

La stanza a piano terra non ha zanzariere e avendo lasciato la finestra aperta e luce accesa, al rientro ci siamo ritrovati un pò d'insetti, ma ci sta essendo in campagna

Un piacevole soggiorno

Bella struttura nella campagna a sud del Lago Trasimeno, circondata da terreni coltivati e vigneti. L'edificio è di recente ristrutturazione, l'appartamento comodo e spazioso, con piccolo soggiorno e angolo cottura, bagno ampio e bella camera da letto. Nella struttura principale dell'agriturismo, ad 1 km di distanza, abbiamo usufruito di un'ottima colazione a buffet e della piscina. La gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietà e del personale hanno reso molto piacevole il soggiorno.

Posto incantevole e posizione ottima per visitare la zona

Posto incantevole, Sabrina ci ha accolte con il sorriso e la gentilezza e ci ha fatto da subito sentire a casa. Abbiamo anche provato la degustazione di vini e Cristiana è stata simpatica e professionale, una bella esperienza e vini ottimi! In generale il personale (formato completamente da donne) super accogliente. Appartamento grande, confortevole e pulito. Piscina pulita e bellissima.
