Everything we wished for was on hand for our 3 night stay. Plenty of breakfast goodies on hand. Beds very comfy, best pillows we'd had in Italy (all previously uniformly flat & pulpy). Pool very clean & apartment sparkling clean.
All good, the only criticism was we were unable to operate the little old-fashioned coffee press, so perhaps a little explanation or print-out regarding how to operate this would've been good.

Lovely large gated farm property in country. Owners live off site, but met us to check in and were available by phone if issues (none arose). Very pleasant staff came to make breakfast - which included great coffee, with fruit, yogurt, fresh bread etc. available. Lovely pool that we enjoyed after day of sightseeing. Comfortable small apartments with equipped kitchens. Good pizza/pasta/meat restaurant about a 5 minute drive away.
Need a car as somewhat remote. Surrounding area not interesting, but Lake Trasimento and interesting small towns are not far.
