We had a lovely time thank you

The property was very clean and comfortable. In lovely gardens. Mosquito nets on the windows a huge plus. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Cudowne miejsce z klimatem! :)

Cudownie spędziliśmy tu tydzień urlopu - miejsce jest piękne i świetnie zlokalizowane - idealne na wycieczki w Umbrii i Toskanii, blisko jeziora Trasimeno :) W apartamencie było bardzo komfortowo i czysto, otoczenie skąpane w naturze, na terenie duży basen i bardzo zadbany ogród. Właściciele pomocni i gościnni.

Heerlijk verblijf op een fijne plek!

Fijn, ruim en zeer schoon appartement. Bakkertje op loopafstand en verder prima faciliteiten zoals een heerlijk zwembad! Bovendien is Paola een hele vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Als ik een verbeterpuntje zou moeten noemen dan is het de hardheid van de matrassen. Maar verder echt een top locatie!

Vacanza senza pensieri

Abbiamo deciso di scegliere questa posizione per poter visitare alcune località che diversamente sarebbero troppo distanti da visitare in un tempo così limitato. Ad esempio Assisi, Spello, Bolsena , Roma ,Pitigliano, oltre che i piccoli borghi situati attorno al Trasimeno. La struttura è realizzata e mantenuta in modo perfetto, con piscina e spazi verdi veramente curati. Ottima la direzione di Paola, sempre attenta agli ospiti, e di suo marito , disponibile anche ad offrire prodotti freschi del proprio orto. Pulizia e confort della stanza, dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per il soggiorno. Ottimo anche il ristorante sito nella struttura stessa. Sarà senz’altro una meta di cui terremo memoria in futuro.

Prima vakantie gehad!

De huisjes, het prachtige zwembad, de ligging, dicht in de buurt van allerlei leuke steden. Mooie omgeving. Ontzettend aardige gastvrouw.

Een paar tips, een plankje voor bv de waterkoker zou handig zijn. Wat schaaltjes bij de keuken inventaris. Bij het zwembad wat kleine tafeltjes bij de ligstoelen. Verder was het helemaal prima!

Oasi ne verde.

Bella struttura immersa nel verde umbro. Notevole l'area giochi con una bellissima piscina con lettini e ombrelloni, campetto con 2 porte da calcio, tavolo ping pong, calcio balilla, mini rete da pallavolo e giochi per bambini. Area condizionata in tutti gli ambienti.

Appartamento da 5 persone con attrezzatura da cucina non sufficiente.

Sehr erholsam, wenn man mit dem Auto und guter Ausstattung kommt!

Sehr schöne, liebevoll gepflegte Anlage, toller Pool, große Wohnung, die auch ohne Nutzung der sehr guten Klimaanlage angenehm kühl blieb. Schöne Terrasse. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge mit dem Auto (Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Arezzo, evtl. sogar Rom), aber man ist auch auf das Auto angewiesen, das Dörfchen bietet nicht wirklich was zum Essen und Einkaufen. Die Dusche hat einen super Wasserdruck, im Bad gibt es auch ein Bidet.

Technik: Das Wifi ging in den hintersten zwei Wohnungen während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur eine Steckdose weit weg vom Bett. Küche: In der Küche fehlt vieles der Grundausstattung (scharfe Messer, Toaster, Parmesanreibe, Schüsseln, große Tassen, Pfannenwender Ersatzmüllbeutel, Untersetzer, Topflappen usw), hier müsste man einfach mal mit offenen Augen durchgehen und ein bisschen auffüllen. Auch kein Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer. Bad: Die Klospülung hat noch lange nach dem Spülen einen unfassbaren Lärm gemacht, das sollte mal gerichtet werden. Die Dusche ist nichts für dickere Leute und es gibt keinerlei Ablage für Shampoo etc (wir haben uns beim Action was besorgt). Wasser im Waschbecken lief fast nicht ab. Das meiste wäre sicher auf Nachfrage behoben worden, aber wir hatten keine Lust, uns im Urlaub darum zu kümmern, womöglich mit Handwerkern etc, da wir nur eine Woche da waren. Das Wifi brachte man aber trotz Bemühungen nicht zum Laufen. Bis wir das nächste Mal kommen, ist bestimmt alles top!

Geweldige Agriturismo.

Prachtige locatie. Ontzettend lieve mensen, en 2x super lekker gegeten. Mooi zwembad. Goede uitvalsbasis om naar Perugia en Assisi te gaan. Wij hebben hier een leuke week gehad.

Ontspannende 3 dagen op het Italiaanse platteland

Het buitenverblijf met het zwembad, een ruim appartement en de optie om te kunnen eten bij het restaurant. Geweldig uitzicht! Vanuit de locatie kan je gemakkelijk met de auto de omgeving ontdekken

Het appartement had binnen iets meer aandacht mogen hebben; Om goed te kunnen koken in de keuken, was er niet voldoende keukengerei en er was helaas geen waterkoker. In de badkamer was er weinig ruimte om je toilettas kwijt te kunnen.

Prima verblijf, mooi zwembad mooie locatie omgeving en vriendelijke mensen

De locatie. Goed verzorgd, schoon vriendelijk eigenaren personeel. En je kan er ook eten. Leuk. Een plus voor een gezin met jonge kinderen trouwens ook.

Wat een verbeterpunt kan zijn: keukengerei, zoals wat extra mokken, glazen, mesje etc. (wanneer je zelf iets wilt koken dat dan ook kan). Verder vonden wij dat de douche niet optimaal was en de bedden wat aan de harde kant. Helaas geen restaurants op loopafstand in het dorpje.

Ottima posizione per muoversi vicino al lago Trasimeno

I punti di forza della struttura sono sicuramente la location, allo stesso tempo in campagna ma a due passi da molti servizi, e l'organizzazione del verde esterno, allo stesso tempo luogo di potenziale relax e divertimento. Altro punto di forza l'ampiezza delle camere da letto e del bagno.

Purtroppo la zona giorno dell'appartamento è molto buia e male organizzata, gran parte della cucina è dedicata alle pattumiere o alla caldaia e quindi risulta poco capiente. Anche la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, è vero che siamo in campagna ma avere le formiche sul top della cucina (provenienti dal tetto) mi sembra un pò troppo. In più, avendo un bambino piccolo, non ho apprezzato che venisse tagliata l'erba dalle 14 alle 16, credo che almeno in una struttura vacanziera questi orari debbano essere dedicati al riposo.
