Very nice stay at Morami!!!

The buildings are lovely - so interesting. This property is once again owned by the Morami family - renovating buildings. Our room was huge, had a cooktop, small frig, table and updated bathroom. Bed was very beautiful and comfy! Breakfast was very good, enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Great stay in the heart of Umbria

We stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience. Sabrina and the team were very nice and helpful. Everything that we asked for was absolutely no problem: we could check in earlier, stay a little longer and a baby chair for our room was also brought within minutes. The breakfast was exceptional. Every morning there was a big buffet with coffee, croissants, cereals, pastries and much more. The room was cleaned every day and also new towels were provided on a daily basis. The location is great to discover Umbria. There are a lot of nice places close by. We would definitely come back! Great value for money.

The pool area is beautiful. However, some more sun protection would be great, especially for kids.

That was over our expectation! That was exactly what we were expecting: peaceful place, feeling authentic Italy, country land fresh air and smells. Perfect location for star trip! Room clearness and personally served capuchino were so lovely. Apartment owner was very hospitable and helpful. Very recommended if you wish to feel real Italy.

Great stay, good value for the price

The surrounding are amazing, full of green and nice views. The room was very big and clean and well equipped. The staff was very welcoming.

The oven’s glass exploded while we cooked, this was very dangerous and the owner only answered our message at the next day.

Everything was wonderful from the minute we arrived! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating, a wonderful location, lovely grounds and super comfortable accommodation! Thank you Sabrina and the Morami team, we’ll be recommending to everyone!

Beautiful place in nature, yes, but that has some disadvantages (insects and lizards).

The location and the stone houses. Very friendly staff!

Breakfast was all packaged and not fresh. We did struggle with spiders and a lizard in the room. Swimming pool was impossible to swim in with the amount of dead insects both on the surface and floating on the water.

Amazing stay close to Trasimeno lake

We loved the property and surroundings. The traditional countryside building style of Umbria is beautifully represented, but also nicely mixed with modern features. The deluxe apartment where we stayed for 2 nights was very large and well equiped. There was AC in both the bedroom and livingroom and a kitchinette stocked with everything you might need. Everything was clean and comfy, as long as you keep in mind that this is not a place where you will find luxury, but a rural, very relaxing agriturismo. We also did a wine tasting and bought a few wines from the place. Reds in particular were very nice :) The staff was super friendly and spoke good English. The pool and pool area were impecably clean. There is a supermarket within walkind distance from the property :)

Nothing to dislike. Just a couple of small suggestions: some napkins / paper towels would be great for the kitchen. Also, an electric mosquito repellent mat in the room would be great for the summer nights. However, it was all great :)

nice quiet stay on beautiful property

The pool and property are beautiful, apartments are spacious and beds are comfortable. There’s no real breakfast included but every morning you can get tea/coffee and a various amount of yoghurt, fruits and cereals (without extra charge). Also, the owner is very nice and helpfull, as is all other staff.

There are lots of insects/musquito’s (ofcourse not something Sabrina can do something about) but an insect screen in the windows would be nice.

Couldn’t recommend it highly enough - perfect hosts and some of the best accommodation we’ve stayed in across Italy

Beautiful grounds and immaculately kept accommodation. The wine they make onsite is delicious too. The staff were so incredibly helpful to us during our stay, helping us to arrange transport when our circumstances changed, we would have been in trouble without their help, they are lovely people and we are so grateful for them.

friendly and unique experience

very cool property. the staff was friendly and responded immediately to my questions via what’s app. the rooms were large and had a very rustic vibes. we did get an upgrade since it was the off season which was nice. there’s a bakery next door. great espresso. breakfast was offered free of charge and mostly sweet breads and some cereals. they did have lactose free milk and decaf coffee which was nice I could have a cappuccino! and it was perfect! they also offer wine tasting and bottles available in your room for a cost. there is a very cute friendly dog roaming around and chickens in the back!

there was a little bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. and the shower corners could use a little extra attention. but this I have some to see is usually normal in Europe. everything else was very clean and comfortable

Wonderful agriturismo with excellent wine

Simply everything! 😍 Wonderful agriturismo with excellent wine. You feel welcome and well taken care of by Sabrina and her team right from the start. Beautiful apartements with lovely large garden with several areas and pool. We stayed for 11 days, enjoyed the hospitality and tranquillity in a wonderful area and immediately felt at home. Thanks again to Sabrina and her team for a wonderful time. We will be back! Andreas and Silvia

Great stay to unwind, relax and enjoy. The staff takes all the time you need, is very friendly, passionate and involved. In the morning coffee and/or thee will be served as part of an Italian breakfast. The apartment has a spacious room with a large bed and excellent mattress. The residence has a spacious garden with a nice pool and good quality sunbeds. Some trees for shadow. And lots of spots with garden table and chairs. The area in Umbria is fantastic with its wine and olive tree fields and picturesque villages. Some minor remarks: The Kitchen is small, a good reason to visit a restaurant. Some ants enjoyed some of our grocery. Lake Trasmeni was disappointing, it is not used for tourism.

Coukd not have been better.

We happened upon Morami by chance and so happy that we did. As you cruise up the tree lined driveway you experience a great sense of arrival. This is a working farm whose buildings have been wonderfully and sympathetically restored to a very high standard. I was so impressed with the quality and for the care to keep the finished works authentic. Our room was among the nicest we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many, many rooms-some awful and some 5-star. BIG, spotless, comfortable and correctly, simply furnished., the 4 poster bed was as comfortable as you could get. We slept so so well (we had just come off a 10-day cruise where sleep was fitful). Sabrina was the most gracious hostess who could do enough for us. A lovely woman who runs a super business. A special mention to the best customer happiness manager- Astrid! Breakfast was w a very welcome treat that was offered to all guests. We booked for one night but we were so happy we stayed on another. A pity that we did not have more time to stay....but we will be back! Highly recommended.
