We really enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation, we’d definitely like to go back!

Our apartment was spacious and had enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved the pool and the setting, the playroom was great for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal to visit the towns nearby. We could also easily reach the supermarket with a short drive and found the restaurant recommendations very helpful.

There were some steps inside the apartment, one to go up to the kids room, one to go down to the other room and another to go down to the first bathroom. Travelling with small kids made this challenging. We had a small accident but luckily nothing major.

Very peaceful with good facilities. Pool was exceptionally clean. Various types of accommodation to suit all. Location quiet and just right for a total chill down time. We have a few technical issues with the oven and electrics, which did not bother us as we were using the bbq facilities, but Markus was an absolute gem and ensured things were fixed or replaced quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very good communication before and after the stay.

Parking on a hill is a bit scary!!! But other than that cannot fault it. We booked the basic apartment and he had all we needed.

Superb

A charmful set of old buildings, nicely renovated, around a peaceful garden with a great swimming pool. Located in a very quiet area but very close to some small towns with all you might need. Pretty much a heaven of a place! Definitely the perfect place for a relaxing stay wit a family.

A very nice agriturismo with views of the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside.

Our living unit was on an upper floor with a balcony that overlooked the valley below. The unit was spacious, clean, fairly well stocked with kitchen supplies, and easy to access. The agriturismo manager and owner were friendly, attentive to our requests, and very helpful providing advice to us. If we visit this area again, we will plan to stay there again.

The bed was fairly comfortable but it squeaked quite a bit. Hopefully those in the unit below didn't hear us.

Superb

The property had masses of space. Really high ceilings with a very traditional feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped with 10 minute drive to local supermarkets. The parking was gated and felt secure. The owner was very informative and gave a very clear explanation of where everything was. A real plus was the red folder of joy, this contained a complete guide to what we could do in the area. I really recommend the hotsprings about an hour away by car. Would like to return in the future.

Our visit was too short for the amount of things in the area. The showers were a bit sluggish to heat.

Perfect place to stay with family in Tuscany / Umbria

Amazing place, perfectly located in the heart of tuscany / umbria, everything to see is within 60 km / 1 hour range drive. If you have a car, this is the place to go to Tuscany, lovely facility, great pool, comfy palazzo, great host.

Relaxed and comfortable

Spacious apartment; well equipped kitchen; very welcoming host who was reachable at all times; lovely pool; it did not feel not crowded at all although the accommodation was fully booked.

The bed was a bit too firm for our taste; We were travelling with a baby, and not every part of the property was easily accessible with a stroller, but we made it work :).

Perfect place for relaxing holidays

Great beautifuly located apartments, near many places to visit and a very nice pool. Marcus was very helpful giving us tips where to go or where to eat. Additionally the home made olive oil was delicious. Definately a place to return to! I highly recommend Casa Graziani

Schönes agriturismo in wundervoller Lage

Leider hat unser Apartment sehr gemieft und war dunkel - es gab keine Fenster Die Couch zum schlafen war sehr unbequem Leider liegt die Unterkunft fernab von Städten - zu Fuß kaum möglich Erledigungen oder Einkäufe zu machen Für einen kurz Aufenthalt jedoch in Ordnung und wer die Ruhe sucht ist dort genau richtig

Esperienza sublime

Posto incantevole, Markus e lo staff sono stati gentilissimi e super accoglienti. E' stato tutto perfetto: la piscina top, l'appartamento curato, pulito e fornito di ogni confort, la vicinanza a tanti borghetti da visitare uno più bello dell'altro. Un'esperienza che ricorderemo e che rifaremo sicuramente.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Appartment, in dem an alles gedacht wurde. Es gab sogar Tabs für die Spülmaschine...

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Prima zou zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

Alles was goed prima WiFi zelfs bij het zwembad alleen airco moest je 10 euro per nacht voor betalen en in elke slaapkamer zat er een de ene werkte wel beter dan de andere. Complete keukenspullen.
